Greg Anthony had one word to describe Houston while him and c webb were evaluating the league, he chose to describe us as "Defenseless". Thoughts?

Dumb thread is dumb. Greg Anthony's opinion is worthless. As for our team, we do have a lot of holes.
Inconsistent would have been far more accurate, and far less insulting. When listening to the national media talk about our team, it's almost like they think we're 17-32......not the other way around.
It's all about PERSPECTIVE. There have been several times we have been put on national TV and have been absolutely SPANKED by 30+. Pacers and Thunder games come to mind. You just don't get the respect you deserve when the national audience, who do not watch every Rockets game, see you get selectively destroyed.
That first Thunder game wasn't on national TV, it was on NBATV. But I get your point. I do think Rockets get more crap for their national TV losses than a team like the Warriors do though.
Are you just selectively looking at our national TV games? We have blow outs on Portland and San Antonio on national broadcasts as well... Do those not count?
Truth hurts.... We talk about how bad the defense is all the time, so why get pissed off because some broadcaster states it. The Rockets TEAM defense SUCKS.. It takes more than one or two players to play team defense. I don't get why people on this board get so pissed when the media says something negative about the team, especially when it's true... If they played Defense then they wouldn't have to worry about what the media says. T_Man
It's his opinion and it doesn't bother me. The Rockets will never be a great team until they decide to try to play great defense.
Pretty much this. Also, I'd rather people sleep on the Rockets. If people make the mistake of not taking this team seriously, it'll bite them.
