Why not? The nets still have their starters in and the dude still isn't giving up on both ends of the floor while shooting over 90% from the field and 3.

Does that game against Boston matter, in terms of the streak? Slim Reaper currently has 13 (including if he gets 30+ tonight) by my count, but if the "resting against Boston" game on the 24th counts against him, he only has 4 (inc tonight).

Why not? Because they are up by twenty-seven. This game is over and has been over.

But go ahead, continue to pad stats!

You're a baby, blah blah blah, whatever.

The level KD is playing at is unsustainable. When he comes down to earth and reverts to being great instead of inhuman, WB as starter with RJ off the bench will indeed raise them to another level.

What we've seen the last 2 nights is eye candy that won't last long. If you added Michael Jordan to this team they wouldn't be any better.

    Last 2 nights?

Dude...he's been doing it this entire season. He has been inhuman for about 18 games or so. He can sustain it, he just has all the tools to keep being this good.

Last year when KD lost WB you could see how pressured he felt and his play really fell. This year he is playing like a completely different dominant player. They were talking about how he constantly practices with triple teams everyday to keep playing this way.

He played the 3rd and thats it, he just sat down. He's not playing the 4th.

    Haters. Haters. Haters everywhere.

Good. Good for Scott Brooks for sitting his ass.

And yes, I do hate Kevin Durant {and the Thunder}. Sue me. Rest of you can have fun slurping Durant and the Thunder. :)

I hate the thunder. I hate the fact that the dude talks trash when he plays here (he is clearly upset at houston and blames us for Harden and Westbrook's injury..) but I respect his game. I respect the fact that no matter who we throw on him he beats us by himself.

The last 2 games the Thunder have been on a different planet. Yes, KD has been up there a lot longer.

KD and Ibaka will come back to earth. RJ has been a yoyo since being a starter. Believe me, they will be better after WB comes back, RJ comes off the bench to clean up and Fisher returns to cheerleader. The last several games before he went down, WB was playing the best ball of his career. When your PG rotation changes from RJ/Fisher to WB/RJ, you get better on both ends.

I've got news for you: It wasn't Bonehead's decision. It was KD's.

I agree, but they are already the best team in the West.

When RW comes back they will be the favorites for the title.

    Poor D-Will.

The $20 million man is reduced to coming off the bench and playing in scrub time with his team down nearly 30 points in the 4th quarter.

Any Rockets fans still think they should trade for the guy?

Damn...thats harsh. Is he really that far down the rotation?

How sad, the Nets planned to build completely around him. Now no teams want him and his giant contract either.

Glad to see Shawn Livingston coming back from that injury, really happy for him.

I don't think OKC would win 3 playoffs series without WB. Clippers would be my WC favorite.

If WB returns to what he was doing in December, OKC should definitely be favored for the title.

The Nets had 17 total rebounds for the game. They missed 39 shots and only retrieved 3.

I still can't get over D-Will. Probably need to watch more Eastern Conference ball.

Why does it seem the Mavs get every touch call down the stretch at home? Does Mark Cuban have some type of agreement?
