Shows fine to me too. And like QT said, it was brought up at least a few times in your search to prove a point. Actually, in this case someone claimed it had never been posted here.

An hour? Damn man. Was it worth it?

Moving Lin to primary ball handler and having Harden play off the ball sounds nuts, at least given their present play.

But if (and it is a big if) Lin can get more consistent, then having Lin and Harden play off each other is not nuts. Combined with Howard, Parsons (and Jones) that could be a an offense from Hell for every other team to deal with.

Not saying it will happen, but saying it won't happen seems extreme.

Worked rather well in the famous Sampson-less games. Just sayin.

Wait wait. So you are accusing FTWRocketsFTW of calling Bev a "monkey"...but then FTWRocketsFTW is also the one who goes around to accuse the Lin fans in this website of calling Bev a "monkey" because (based on his own explanation) he has seen a Lin fan in another website call Bev a "monkey" before... Did I miss anything so far?

Yes, mainly that "FTW" and "FTWRocketsFTW" are two different posters.

Best part of being a LOFH (Lin only fan hater) is Lin will never start for this team. I hope he plays great and helps this team win as many games as possible. But him coming of the bench and making everyone cry on this board warms my heart.

Lin's started as many games as Beverley has this season despite being relegated to the bench.

Hahaha you keep telling yourself that. I have said it many times, I think Lin is a decent player. And with a full team (by that I mean Lin playing with Asik/Smith on the second team) I think he could be really dangerous. But he just isn't the savior everyone thinks he is. Realistically (and I know thats a really difficult word for Lin fans to understand) what do you think the market for Lin will be after next year? Will any legit team offer him decent money to be a starter? Please tell me one legit team that would replace their current point guard with Lin? Please do not argue that no one would take Bev. That is not the question. They are both just above average.

Way to hedge dude. That's a lot of typing for not actually saying much. Everyone already knows that Lin being 6th man is meant to appease Harden more than anything else. Keep fooling yourself by thinking Bev actually got it by merit. He didn't. He's worse by almost every objective measure.

This is kinda funny - not getting a job based on merit of the individual but just to appease a co-worker. Typical in most work places. How come no one said Lin got a job due to affirmative action?

Unless Morey pulls off a miracle trade before the trade deadline, Lin has one more season with the Rockets. Discussing Lin's role or future with the Rockets is pretty much moot.

I'm no longer worried about Lin or Beverley.......

Lin somehow bounces back without any whimper.....I keep thinking he's finished with this team, then he comes through... I don't know how he keeps his head.

And Beverley keeps scrapping, even if he doesn't get numbers.... He makes plays that don't show up on the stats sheet.

And Bevs seems to be the Lin's biggest supporter......

They're my two favorite Rox players.......

While everyone is stilling eagerly arguing about Bev and Lin, we should take a quick note that Lin's number is up and is a goner already. We are entitled to express our thoughts on who should start and who should be traded, but we all know our thoughts will make no impact or whatsoever on how the management will do with both of them. IMO both are dispensable in the thought of the front office.

It may not be discussed openly and publicly how the front office will deal with Lin's situation, but it is too obvious that it is an open secret that they want to get rid of Lin before his contract expires. What is happening here is that Lin will be inevitably traded before the end of his contract whenever opportunity comes up, the worst case is that they will reluctantly be forced to wait til his contracts expires and then they go their separate way. This is not what they front office wants to see but they may not have any too many options due to Lin's contract.

For Lin's supporter and hater, the worst is to wait til the end of next season, then all dramas, trolling, discussions and anything related to it will end for good. For fan/anti fan, it is really a 'like it or not' situation. Ironically some haters/trolls would probably miss bashing Lin for whatever reason, right or wrong, cuz he won't be with the Rockets then. Is Lin a great player or mediocre player, time will tell us all. We don't have to wait til the end of his NBA career but it should be able to tell us a few years from now.
