    http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap20...ewater-lacks-wow-characteristic-jeremiah-says

    Check this out

"The thing with Bridgewater is he is solid in all areas, but he doesn't have that wow characteristic. He doesn't have off-the-charts size. He doesn't have a humungous arm. He's not a great athlete. He's good, he is proficient in all these different areas," Jeremiah said on "Super Bowl Live" on Thursday."

I could have sworn that a young qb drafted to San Fran in 1979 was the same way...

Jeremiah is the biggest hack there is...

He's been bashing Bridgewater for months now.. and he was silent as a mouse during the Louisville/Miami bowl game. lol, no comments whatsoever on Bridgewater. He's definitely on some team's payroll with an agenda to drive Teddy's draft stock down.

Thats what I am guessing. the criticism from him of Bridgewater has been flimsy at best. I have never heard such a stupid and asinine critique of a prospect. I have lost all respect for Jeremiah at this point.

Yea his criticism has nothing to do with the game...

Saying.. He doesn't have the "WOW" factor... WTF does that even mean???

He knows there is nothing to say about his actual game, so he makes up a bunch of mindless drivel.

huh??? Not sure what to even say for this one. But so far, I've heard you pump up Clowney, Manziel, and now Watkins. What exactly are you advocating for?

    HAHAHA!

He has no clue. When the Texans select Bridgewater at 1.1, he's going to be like "Yeeea!! That's who I wanted all along!!!!!"

Is there a comparison to be made between Bridgewater and Moon in regards to their frame, pocket presence and ability to run or is this a racist statement?

I thought this was going to be a really easy answer because Moon was taller and he weighed probably 25 pounds more, but the deeper I look into it, I could see some comparisons maybe. It was a much different era in the NFL and he came from the CFL so it's hard to say for sure.

When Moon was in college back in the 70's the passing game wasn't all that developed so there is no comparison to be made there.

However, Moon played in the passing dominant CFL and became a pocket passer, which is pretty much what Bridgewater is, but even then, the game is just too different now.

Interview with Teddy Bridgewater. Says hell run a 4.5 at combine or maybe even a 4.4

    Interview with Bridgewater

Teddy Bridgewater will be a successful pro , "Because of the Total Package. There's no doubt this guy brings everything.

If I am an owner of a franchise I want this guy to be my franchise quarterback.

Very accurate passer, high IQ, ability to be able to escape... no question he can run

I Anticipate Bridgewater to be about 215-220 (by combine),... although thin I think he is built well.. has the ability and knack to avoid taking a big hit.

If Bridgewater runs a 4.5 @ 215-220 lbs, it's a done deal.. Although it's already a done deal IMO. The unwarranted HATE is lighting a fire this league can't handle. #Ready4Teddy

I'm sifting through posts in this thread, because, let's face it, half of them are nowhere near worth reading, and I come across a tidbit in the third grade argument that's going on.

You mean to tell me, we're talking about good quarterbacking and the two names brought up are Kaepernick and Russel Wilson? SMH. Uhhh...what about the actual good quarterbacks in the league, like Manning, Brady, Rodgers, Brees, etc. We're talking about good quarterbacking and the two people who are brought up are athletes with great arms who throw the ball an average of 20 times a game? You've got to be kidding me. This thread officially sucks. As if it did not suck 30 pages ago, though...

    LOL.

Manziel is quick though. He moves like a smaller/quicker foster.

Thank you. I don't know why some people get the impression that Wilson and Kaepernick are some kind of great QB's, it's probably based on the fact that their teams got them to the SB and some people can't differentiate between individual success and team success.
