I'm sure there is merit to what you said, but I'm not so sure how big of a difference it really is. Harden also brings up the ball, and I highly doubt the PGs take a whole 6 seconds every time around to get the ball to Harden.
Bwhahaha yes sir I remember that pimpn it was against the Suns. Kobe was out there trying to prove a point. Did you notice Harden was deferring more against the Grizzlies. Especially when Parson was hot. Maybe it was the bruised finger but dude wasn't on attack mode like he normally is.
I kind of agree with this. Maybe Harden's trade value is greater than his value on this team. Maybe we should consider trading Harden for a Love or Aldridge. This would at least get interest from the T-Wolves or Trailblazers.
This. I am not surprised that this thread became another Lin War battle ground. Lin fans: See I told you Harden should share the ball more. Lin fans haters: Harden is our best scorer. Why should he give the ball to Lin? The truth is, great scorers dominate the ball. BUT, truly great PLAYERS (not just scorers) understand how to make the offense great. That's what separates LeBron from Melo, and MJ from Kobe. It is expected that Harden should dominate the ball. But Harden does have some maturing to do in order to be a truly great player leading his team.
We can hope JH does not have a big ego as Kobe, can we? Some people are simply too sensitive. Those quotes were simply took out of the context. Listen to the interview yourself. Then tell me that CP was indeed taking shot at JH. Just come on. http://www.csnhouston.com/rockets/parsons-ive-never-won-here
I mean he's right? It's fact... Harden knows this is true. Morey knows it. Les knows it. McHale knows it. The fans know it. It IS what happened. He didn't say we are a better team without Harden or anything negative. It's how one interprets it is what makes it positive, negative or a neutral statement. This is being taken way out of context.
Harden must learn how to play team basketball He must learn how to focus on defense. He must learn to exec the game plan We can wait for him to be mature, but he should change and improve U can see that TMac & Melo r all special gift and haven't arrive to the top like Kobe & Lebrons Harden is still young, he can become better and better
Bottom line this team is fun to watch w/o James, but we're 1 in done in the playoffs without him. So please stop taking these one off games as evidence that we are more efficient.
Bev was blown by repeatedly by both PG's in that Memphis game as well - that was a terrible game defensively all around.
I have to believe that Harden is seeing the things Parsons is talking about right before his eyes as he sits on the bench. He will learn to sacrifice more for the betterment of the team as a whole as he matures. It's just the typical start complex and the great ones grow out of it once they have true confidence in themselves AND their teammates.
