Surprising that the Rockets website says only that, with Harden out (and probably Garcia and Brewer) Lin is only "likely" to start. So Brooks is now moving ahead of Lin on the rankings? Wow, how the mighty have fallen.
Um, yeah it's serious. What am I missing here? He started last year, moved to the bench this year, and now isn't even a sure thing when one of the starting guards is out injured according to Feigen's tweets.
I don't thiink so either. But what I think and what Coach McHale thinks aren't always the same thing.
This game should be about as interesting as watching the President's speech now. I'm torn on what to watch.
It really is great. You have some Lin fans complaining that the constant movement from starting to 6th man off the bench is killing Jeremy. Then when there is a chance the coaching staff might try to stabilize his position as 6th man you have some Lin fans complaining about not starting. Let's just hope whether he starts or comes off the bench Lin gives us the scoring boost we are going to need with James out. Winning tonight would really help in forgetting the last 2 games.
It puts him in the role he is best at, but his shooting has been awful lately. It will be interesting to see how it goes.
Spurs do NOT want to be 0-3 against us, add in the fact Harden's out and it's probably a Rocket loss.
