Aggies didn't run a true offense. It was let Manziel scramble and you all find a soft spot in the zone. Manziel in a true offense could be a scary. SF and Seattle play best when Wilson and Kaepernick are not asked to do much. They are the only two teams with more running plays than passing plays all season. However, when they need to make a play they can often succeed. Right now they cannot lead an offense by themselves, but neither could Manning (int's)/Brady(running game + def)/Brees(Chargers thought Rivers was better)/Rodgers(learned craft for 3 yrs on bench) at this point in their careers. The fact that the have consistently been able to make the plays when asked in the biggest stages against good teams is what makes people think they are very good, and potentially future elite QB's. All the QB's in this draft scare me some. Even Bridgewater with his low 3 quarters throwing motion. After seeing JJ Watt tip so many balls at the line, I just see Bridgewater having difficulty with passing lanes.
Exactly. SF and Seattle are almost pure run offensives. Kaep only attempted 5 passes in the first half of their game last week, as an example. Their defenses keep them in games, which means those QBs don't have to play from behind much, hence not a lot of risky passing from them.
But what about all the guys who say he's not outgoing, or doesn't show any emotion??? How are we supposed to take a guy this? A guy who's all business on the field but a jokester off of it? What are we supposed to make of that?!?!?!
that guy is supposed to become the face of the franchise? That dance was no better than the Carlton Banks special
I can only imagine texxx dancing like this Teddy got rhythm might explain his good footwork...HUAAAHHH!!
is this you ktbballplaya? At the comets game? (actually isn't there a poster who has Comets in his name?)
People don't have time for this, they don't want to hear what an ex NFL QB has to say They would believe what they want to believe
Wasn't he talking up Greg Cosell the other day....the guy who thinks that Schaub should get another chance to start, who suggested the Colts should draft RG3, who said Ryan Nassib was the best QB in last year's draft. Basically anyone who talks up Bridgewater he'll pretend as if their word is infallible.
1. He wasn't wrong about Schaub, the pix sixes are just too much 2. He never suggested, all he said was that RG3 was a better pure passer than luck, better overall arm talent. Luck is the better qb 3. Have we seen Ryan Nassib to judge?????? Fact of the matter is that all the people who actually know about football have a much better opinion of Bridgewater than the hacks on messageboards
