that why you need a pg in for him to get easier looks, we can't depend on him to do everything in the playoffs

Bad night for Harden but at least he contributed the ball and managed to get a double double.

Those kind of games show you why we won't make much noise in the playoffs this year: Against average defensive teams, we get everything we want. 114 against the Bucks, 126 against Portland, 119 against the Kings. However, once the defense tightens up, we can't get anything going offensively. Let's face it - had Chandler not been incredibly hot tonight, we barely would have scored 70 points. Harden 10, Howard 11 - that's not gonna be enough.

I really thought we were headed in the right direction, our offense looked so good these past few games. But I don't really have words for tonight's performance on the offensive end. Pathetic.

The Rockets had three chances at the end and they could never get the shot off. I realize Harden was shooting poorly, but he can find people. Hell, why not post up Dwight? Anything. Parsons is not a playmaker in that situation. Come on, man.

Not just the last play, if you think about it.

EVERY SINGLE POSSESSION IN THE 4th was a terrible one, this was easy to forget because of all the Parsons 3s.

Seriously that infuriated me. We are still aways from being true contender, I knew that, but no excuse for a to look like a deer in headlights everytime we are up against a strong half court defensive team.

I would normally bash Mchale at this moment, but hard to ignore Harden's effort tonight espescially late. Nice distribution early but mid to late 4th he looked like he didn't even want to be out there!

Is it just me? Can anyone else please tell me if I'm crazy or are we all observing the same thing? Thx

Parsons was knocking down 3's from everywhere.

So naturally we go to him for two important possessions by putting the ball in his hands. Terrible play calls by Mcfail

I don't know what game you were watching because he surely wasn't better in this one.

If McHale plays Beverley b/c of his D, why let him take so many shots ?

And the team know he is cold-handed, why let him take the last shots?

It will always be this way as long as he has to ISO so much against an entire defense.

When you are playing against a team defense like the Grizz or Pacers, a ISO play is a fail play because they play as a unit and it is really one on five.

Yes they do. Rockets will need some help and I hope the Asik trade can get the team something in return that will help but IF not Asik needs to man up and help the team that is paying him.

wasn't one play, it was two critical plays out of timeouts. If it wasn't for the refs gifting us with bev charge, we wouldn't even have a chance
