Who should take Kobe's starting spot in the all-star game?

  1. Portland has a better record, LaMarcus Aldridge!

    18.9%
  2. I don't like defense, James Harden!

    81.1%

Well, if the starters are supposed to be the result of fan voting, then shouldn't we go down the list?

    Curry - check
    Kobe - let's say he doesn't play

    Next would be CP3
If he's too injured to play then...

    ...next is Jeremy Lin

By that logic, Timberwolves are fighting to even make the playoffs.

Nonsense, can you prove those claims? And how do you know if Lillard doesn't party it up too?

Wait.....the OP option in the poll was "I don't like defense"?

Since when is defense ever played in the boring all-star game?

ASG getting worse and worse every year, probably not tuning in again like last year.

If a player is injured, the commissioner is the one that makes the "13th" pick.
But the coach selects the starter.

So are we voting for the replacement pick, or the starter?

I see Harden, CP3, Aldridge, Howard, Notwizki, Lillard, Parker as the reserves, hence Anthony Davis will be the replacement pick and Harden as the starter.

kevin love was voted by the fans. that is regardless of their record.

however, if a player is injured then the coach gets to pick a replacement. that actually is based on worth; not popularity.

I don't think so. Harden is a good scorer but not a great player.

Am I really seeing that half of Clutchfans DOESN'T want one of our two top players, arguably top 10 in the league, and best in his position, to start in the All-Star game and represent our team and our city?

This ice done messed with y'all heads.

Uhh isn't the lack of defense and all offense the REASON the All-Star game is fun to watch? I don't get some of you All Star haters.

Jeremy Lin is not one of our top two players.
He is not even close to being a top ten player in the league.
He is certainly not the best at his position

    Is this a joke?

I think he was joking. But I'm with you, I don't know what the hell is wrong with this page sometimes. I'll take Harden over Lillard any day, even though Lilllard is really good in his 2nd year.

but he's a rocket and you're a rockets fan. your post seemed to suggest that any rockets fan should want any rocket to play in the all-star game.

i think a lot of people voted for lamarcus only because they respect the kind of season he's having. he's having an MVP level season which is more than anyone can say about harden. that doesn't mean they don't like harden.

It was a reply to the person implying that team record had something to do with it.
