Madison Square Garden is actually quite beautiful after the renovations.

But seriously though, I get you getting on people for not being Rockets fans but why bring race into it when the other poster isn't?

My friend, you have a lot of basketball to watch. And I mean a LOT. You're entitled to your opinion of course, but to say you see no legitimate talent means you're either A) Completely biased and just ignoring what doesn't suit your bias, or B) Very, VERY new to watching basketball.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume the latter.

Yup. Group thinking (hating), bigotry, and ridiculing or banning fans with different views are killing the sensibility of this forum. The forum is losing it's purpose of supporting Rockets, but starting to focus on fighting with so called Lin only fans.

    Per is low
    Scoring efficency is low
Assists are very low for a pg.
Stats support this argument that bev is not a startubg pg in the nba

I do not see it. Get a rondo or paul here all the lin nasties can praise the gods
And you would be right that paul>lin. But bev is not

He isnt that disruptive. Thomas had 20 points against bev.
Paul made bev look bad. And parker scored 27 on bev.
Stats show bev is a good defensive player, not great.

His per is way below league average
His fg% is way below average
His passing is way below average

He can not even penetrate and play make like lin and harden

He&& yeah he is getting a lot of love around here. Dude plays with lots of energy, heart and intensity. Chuck Hayes use to get the same type of love.

He's not great at the things we don't ask or need him to be great at. Crazy

He does very well in the things we do need out of him.

Very, very low turnovers, solid defense and consistent intensity.

He never said no one would want Bev, he said Bev wouldn't start for any other NBA team. I kind of agree, for now at least.

Why am I not surprised that this thread would turn into debate on who's Lin fan and who's real Rockets fan?

You're not helping yourself dude. Statistically DH isn't the best defensive center in the game is he? Watch how he affects the entire flow of the game simply because of his defensive presence and tell me DH isn't an elite defensive center. You can cherry pick stats all you like to support your case but that doesn't make it true. Lin was better up until his injury. Since then, not so much.
