You seriously believe that? dude stop with the conspiracy theory that is totally ridiculous. I am beginning to understand why people here dislike him so much, its because of extreme fanatics that led to everything being conspiracies.
:grin:Judge a player by the content of that player instead of some of his crazy fans  A great win. I like the energy on both offense and defense a lot. Lin actually played a solid game and good defense. Hopefully he can fit into his role as a main backup for both PB (PG) and JH (SG). Once he regains his confidence and becomes more familiar with his role on this team. Watch out. The Rockets will be deadly. I really like the rotation last night. With him as the primary backup of JH, it gives JH some much-needed rest. It will pay major dividents in the long run and coming playoffs. I also like the idea of playing JH, Lin, and PB together. It also relieves CP and gives him some rest. After watching last night's game, I am more optimic with having Lin comming off bench if this similar rotation sticks. For me, it is not about if PB is a better "fit" with the starting unit (Lin also "fits" with the starting unit as well, as evidence shows that we have about the same winning percentage with him starting as PG) and it is all about making Rockets a better team in the long run. The more I think about, the more I like it. That rotation indeed utilizes more of Lin's mutiple skillsets as a combo guard. Hopefully, Lin can be familiar with this new role.
Can't blame me bro, Lately there are so many LOHs pretending to be LOFs and vice versa, its really confusing and I don't know who to hate
I agree. Lin & Bev are both an integral part of the Rox. They bring different skill sets to the team. Bev will have some good games and bad games, and so will Lin. These are young guys in the league. What do you expect? Even Howard the veteran is not playing elite every game. There is no need to trash Lin or Beverley when they are off some game. I think the problem is that when either the LOH or LOF side throw out an outrageous comment, the other side has to respond. It is just human nature. If both sides are not firing cannon balls at each other, there will be peace in this forum. The players have no problem with each other. That is reassuring as we need good team spirit and chemistry to go forth as a contender.
fxbillie FOR PRESIDENT! Seriously though, great post - I wish we could all be as even handed, but I guess people like it spicy. Anyways, I may be too harsh on Lin after a game like last night -I realize he's probably giving it his all out there, even though sometimes he seems disengaged. I don't expect him to play great every game - I just think the current stretch of slumpy games started to get to me. In the end, both guys are extremely valuable and very complimentary, so short of creating that creepy morphed version of all three PG's someone posted or trading for an elite PG, we're in pretty good hands at that position.
Any stats with that lineup would have to be taken with a grain of salt as the other team is probably going small too. I would be interested in knowing the stats too though.
Glad Rox won. However, I wished it was with my gay cousin in the line up. Oops, I mean with Gay and Cousins in the lineup for the whole game.
