His form is much better here. He starts with the ball down by his waist and takes it up smoothly near his head and shoots it.

When he shoots free throws, he starts with the ball up by his face and barely moves it from that point until he flicks his wrist. There is no fluidity. He just throws a dart.

In this video, he sets with the ball at his waist (like he should). His shot is much more fluid when he shoots like that.

HE hit one the other night against OKC. He's surprisingly accurate there.

    Yes!

I genuinely believe he's better at shooting corner 3s than fts. With the long range jump shot he doesn't have to t-rex the ball so much and use a fuller shooting motion.

Then maybe he should shoot 3 steps behind the FT line.

He actually tried taking the shot a few steps farther back from the lin when he was with the Lakers. I don't think it helped much, though.

I know even in a thread about Howard shooting threes LOF's have to subliminally interject their boy. ;)

It just confirms that Terrance Jones is the lesser Dwight Howard. Numbers don't lie.

95% of those were half court buzzer beaters

I'm all for letting him shoot 1 corner three per blowout game.

He prob has only taken 8 threes.
Yes i was thinking to myself in tonight's game that he should take a few steps back of the line.
