Cool. The rest of us are happy the Rockets won.

 

Do you really think it matters?

 

The one game he starts the Rockets score the most points they have in the entire season. You bet your *** he did a lot of little things in there! and the biggest thing he did may have been just spread the floor, something we haven't seen in a while from the PF spot.

DMo with a solid 9/9 in 20 minutes before fouling out. He missed some defensive rotational assignments, but made some good plays. He appears to be shooting better. The talent was certainly apparent (he's very quick out there for his size). The defensive effort was there at least. I like what I saw all things considered.

 

he really needs to cut down on his fouling. All games it seems McHale would give him even more playing time, but he just fouls out way to fast. With left over minutes from Dwight and Jones he could easily play 25mpg.

 

Good win for the rockets, I always love it when someone other than Harden top scores for the team so good job Parsons. Bev was well rested and scored well. 3 assists is not good for a point guard but lets see how the rest of the season goes. My expectations of him just got a bit higher now. Lin had a quiet night but no problem, team won and he'll bounce back.

 

McHale have been rolling with Dwight Jones > Dwight Dmo > Dmo Jones > Dwight Jones rotation. And it seems to be working pretty well.

 

But refs are just awful, some of those foul-calls is not even a fouls.

I think you quoted the wrong person because I wasn't advocating a trade for Eric Gordon. I think giving the max to a 6th man - a still unproven and injury prone 6th man at that - would be a terrible idea.

 

Crazy stat.

Aldridge had 20 rebounds and no one else on POR had more than 3!! Likely hasn't happened more than 10x in history. Many were his own misses.

 

Same with the Knicks and now they're spiraling. Be nice if POR follows suit.

There were numerous empty seats throughout the entire game. If that was the best crowd we seriously need to do better.

Lin was probably the worst player out there with significant minutes played but it doesn't matter since the Rockets won.

 

Half of those fouls were not fouls at all, where he is just standing with his hands in the air.

Refs need to get used to him too.

can someone upload da clip where dwight was thinking about shooting the 3 and then passing it to harden and he knocks down the 3? 4th quarter i think

 

D-Mo definitely brings something to the Rockets as far as just having a knack for getting in the middle of things and being near the ball. It allows him to get loose balls and rebounds. He definitely should be getting minutes because he's more valuable playing than riding the bench. I think McFail having him ride the bench so much this season has hurt the Rockets overall as a team. D-Mo deserves to get some minutes the way he plays. End of story.
