    "
One of the better college players to come along in a long time."

    That statement is very telling..

"IT WILL BE AN ORGANIZATIONAL DECISION"
    That's the statement that's telling.

What he's saying about Johnny is just talk because he also said he's only seen him play a couple of times...

    Great point.

Pretty much any news about prospects is hearsay until May/June

and you believe that... You really think he didnt see the bowl games.. Especially when he knew he was going to be the Texans Coach..

I can guarantee you he has watch some tape on Manziel, Teddy or any other QB's he likes... what you want him to say, this will be my decision only.., Manziel is my pick,,,
    come on..

If Manziel can develop some pocket passing ability, he could be a steve young esque qb.

Anybody can get hurt. Build like a tank or not. The thing is if you watch Manziel he almost never gets hit in the pocket. Part of that is because he is so quick but another part is because he doesn't let it happen. He takes a good drop and the minute he sees the pocket he tight ten he is gone. Not always but more often than not.

Once he takes off it's difficult to stop him for a loss and he is very good throwing on the run which creates some of those amazing espn highlights that make people love him so much. The problem is sometimes, not always he takes off to soon. In the pocket he is great when protected but not so good under pressure. On the run he is good. And he is a great runner too.

You can see all of those are true in this video against Arkansas. He played great but gotta wonder how much his rushing out of the pocket problem has to do with his size. I don't know but if you watch a lot of video you can see a little pressure forces him to stop looking downfield and run.

Seeing Wilson struggle like this, I want no part of Manziel

I'm not one of the guys who's praying for Manziel to be a Texan, but you can't honestly base your opinion on Manziel just because somebody who is a completely different player and has no correlation with Manziel is struggling in one game. That's just silly...

Height, Wilson can't see over the pocket when blitzers are hitting passing lanes

When I said Green Bay's defense did a good enough job to win the game but their 100 million dollar quarterback (Rodgers) pulled a choke job you blamed it on San Francisco's defense.

Now you give San Francisco's defense no credit when it comes to Russell.

And Russell just burned them while I'm typing this...

Russell burned him because there was no penetration up the middle, nothing to distort his field vision

When it comes to elite defenses and their blitz, height is a problem

    Oops.

Btw, so much for height, Kaep couldn't see the rush and just got stripped.

That will also apply to Teddy as well as Johnny. But just the same Russell may be going to a super bowl so height can be overcome.

But watching these two teams makes me want to draft defense and just go find a serviceable QB.

Please, Kaep is a one read and run qb, I don't think he is that good to begin with.

I think wilson is a better qb than him
