Johnny Manziel is Doug Flutie version 2.0. That kinda talent only comes around every 10 years or so. That has got to be worth two #1s and two #2s.

1. He is no where close to being a polished NFL starter
2. No guarantees that Winston even comes out

 

If we trade with Cleveland, we lose Clowney. No thanks.

Not unless they're willing to give up basically a fortune.

 

With all the talk about clowney, bridgewater and manziel, we will probably not get any of them I bet O'B will let these teams trade away and we get the biggest bang for the pick with talent across the board. Which is always good considering none of these guys are cant miss prospects.

 

Yeah there is no need to tank next year, the Texans can improve enough in this draft to where they should be fine. In a perfect world they get Clowney and then some guy like Mettenburger or whatever other QB they want in the 2nd or third round.

In a weak division it could be enough to put the Texans in the playoffs next season.

 

The whole Cleveland front office should be fired wholesale if they trade up for anybody but Clowney or Bridgewater (even those two are close to not being worth it)

 

Heck I could settle for Clowney, I think Jimmy G and Matthews from Cornell are better than Mett though

 

I can't imagine this rumor has a lot of truth to it, considering the combine hasn't even happened yet. Plus the fact they don't have a coach (which should be their primary focus at the moment).

 

We ain't making the playoffs next season. Prepare accordingly. We are not KC

 

Maybe so I was just using him as an example. Boyd would be another possibility, this QB class is deep and doesn't really have anyone head and shoulders above the rest.
