I don't like both options, how about keep the money and keep the fun team and sign Love in 15, Durant in 16?

Well, all I know, is that we are the laughing stock of the league right now. That is, until the next J.R. Smith comes along ...

Honeymoon is over. Morey needs to turn this team over again.

In the short term because of better fit, but Howard could do more but he has to be in top shape.

1 borderline superstar vs 2 borderline allstars

Did you see the difference between having Iggy or not for them so far this season? Besides I'm curious how Howard's post-ups would have propel them any further than they are now (not to mention a big australian who would have done an Asik on their bench)

Yup, 5-7 when he was out. When he comes back? They go on a 11 game win streak. Coincidence? I think not. :)

Ha, obviously that doesn't have everything to do with him..

His value comes on the defensive end. (Something this team badly needs.)

We would be a much better team and Parsons would be sitting on the Bench Iggy is a much more superior player

I think so. Iguodala is a much better player than his stats show, and Milsap is too. Plus the Rockets would still have Asik playing the 5. Though adding those two and keeping Asik wouldn't leave the Rockets much room to improve, whereas getting Dwight and (eventually) getting rid of Asik will free up some cap space for Morey to improve the team. So I think they would have been better this year, but in the long run, Dwight was the right choice.

We want be able to tell until we figure out what we get for asik, but I do feel that Howard can slow down our run and gun system at times and is the cause to slow starts. If you look at last game 1st half why was Howard needed ??? that's was out best showing as a team this season. Rockets were a young and up coming team last year that need a PF and more defense

Iggy would bring that vet leadership and be able to hold teams best player on the perimeter. Who do we have to do that in the playoffs now ? Him and parsons would work iggy can play "30mins"

Millsapp another vet that can bring leadership set screens for our guards rebound defend, can post and shoot the jumper he just gives the team more options on defense.

asik. The rockets actually ran more pick and roll with him last year, he's always looking to clean up, show on p&r defense, set screens do any dirty work. And his free throws we're actually looking real good this season. Asik is a better defender & rebounder than Howard NO PLAYS OFF

I do feel that if money got asik for Anderson this summer when both were healthy we would be a very strong team. So the judgement will come when we see what we get for asik, or of he stays and helps us out
