Because the Rockets play Casspi as a stretch 4 while Garcia plays wing. So their respective minutes depends on how many minutes players ahead of him get.

More like, he's AB on offense and Broke on defense.

Garcia did not even flinch when the inflatable Clutch the Bear jumped out at him ... he just gave a menacing stare and kept walking. That's the toughness McHale wants ... ain't afraid of no bears.

This thread is ridiculous! I'm as much Casspi fan as anybody, but I think McHale is the perfect coach for Casspi. McHale clearly has a lot of plans for Casspi in the future and I think we have only seen a little what he can contribute.

McHale is very clever by not feeding too much expectations on Casspi just yet. McHale is working on Casspi's shell shock from Cleveland and when he gets that fixed he will grow to a very significant contributor for the Rockets.

So don't be ridiculous. McHale is working on Casspi very effectively and he is getting better all the time. Pay attention to the small things. He is becoming very good in D. His passing is very intelligent and getting better. He has not lost his confidence when his 3-pointers were not falling. He's on a good track. Remember this when we're in the playoffs.

That's my point dude. If you're going to start a PF that can't guard elite PFs, you might as well start the one who can actually space the floor and hit threes.

i think Casspi should had played more last game.
i think the Washington game was exactly what he and the rockets needed , a game in which his shooting is back where he can get more confidence for the season.

I think Casspi is great against the perimeter oriented teams and guards the shooter pf Aldridge and Nowitzki very well.

Someone honestly answer me......does Garcia provide any benefit when he is on the court? He's been god awful the whole season. And his frowning tough guy act gets on my nerves when he's playing worst than a D-league scrub.

I absolutely loved Garcia last year. And he showed he can BRINGT IT when it matters the most (playoffs). He also took a paycut to join us. What's not to love about the guy?

COFs need to get this through their head: The guy sucks. He's a scrub and shouldn't even be in the league.
