Even when we were treading the waters with our #14 squad, at least Lowry, Hayes, Scola always played in a way that made us fans proud.

This team is just ... SMH

And in front of Les and the HOU crowd ... heads will soon be rolling

 

The coach is terrible.

The players aren't that much of a problem...they go toe to toe against these teams (except the Pacers) but they get outcoached nearly every night.

 

It's funny, because if we win they talk about this game for 5 minutes and move on. Since we lose it becomes 30 minutes of how bad the Rockets are.

 

Oh, we need a play?

As long as Mchale gets the team into the playoffs hes not going anywhere

 

Yes, but more likely to be beaten in the 1st round if they make it to the playoffs.

 

Finally there was some good production off the bench from DMo & AB… well, in the first half anyways. The bench is supposed to help hold the team up when some of the starters have off nights or when the team is simply tired, but I guess that’s too much to ask for the whole game.

Houston is not only lacking backups for multiple starting positions, but the team also needs some rough it up bigs. OKC has two guys that’ll put up hard fouls every night in Perkins and Adams. These two guys aren’t going to light you up, but what they do can throw off teams. Perkins and Adams basically put a stop to Howard. This will be crucial in the playoffs, because it slows down and gets physical. Although DMo has the ability to hit the 3, he’s too finesse and not physical enough down low to draw defenders’ attention when he's backing up the 5. In addition, I think Houston coaching needs to figure out how to mitigate when other teams plug up lanes and slow down both Harden & Lin. This is where I think a midrange game could help, instead of depending on so many 3s which has failed them multiple times this year. The ironic part is that both of these guys can hit those shots inside the arc. Coaching just needs to incorporate more of it into their offensive schemes. Overall, I think the addition of Howard in the lineup has created some difficulties that I’m not sure can be easily fixed, even with Bev back in the lineup.

Best half. Worst half. Bipolar-schizophrenic.

 

Whelp... that was enough to make ya not want to watch this team again until after the all-star break. Dammit, what a waste.

 

Blake Griffin has shown more growth in the last season than Dwight has in YEARS.

 

LOL the last thing this team needs is another point guard

 

we need a court general if our coach don't call a play.

 

They kill Dwight every time on TNT

this was brutal...i didnt think the rockets could keep up the hot shooting up in the second half and vice versa from the OKC but the disparity was insane.

i hope that image of jackson windmill dunking is seared into their collective brains.

Perkins might be the most annoying player in the league

 

Harden is our PG.

 

Post-game: all Mchale really said: we just couldn't score..Yes, coach! we know that!! What are you going to do? He clearly has no clue..19 pts in 24 minutes. I actually think he got embarrassed more than the players did
