    It seriously comes down to the coaching. It has to Do you actually think this team wouldn't be top 3 if Phil Jackson was coaching. I guess that's the thing. First you gotta have a better reason to fire the coach mid season than a few losses here and there. It would require a long losing streak. And you have to have a damn good replacement. Phil ain't coming here.

    All our shots were contested. There was no play run, so nobody got open therefore leading to contested poor shots.

    This game was perfect showcase of the team under McHale.

    When its end to end bball, running and gunning, it's all good.

    When things get slow and requires high level half-court bball, Mchale doesn't have a clue.

    Glad it was on a national platform for Morey n co. To ponder.


    WE FAILED TO SCORE 20 points in the second half!! So unacceptable

    when teams lose big leads to lose the game, you can always blame that on coaching. a good coach makes adjustments to keep the lead.

    Scott Brooks adjusted to McHale, McHale didn't know what was happening, confused and offered one-dimensional and simple minded rotational decisions.

    Ah well, then. Nobody can beat the thunder when they play defense. Might as well hand them the championship right now.

    It's called adjustments and the tone set by the head coach that goes all the way down.

    If Mchale doesn't know how to motivate this team on a consistent basis, and he clearly doesn't, then he's the problem.

    SERIOUSLY ????

    The team imploded, OKC came out to play and pressured our team, and they wilted.

    Did the coach try something different? Did he get some fresh legs in there when his regulars were settling for contested jumpers? Did he bench players for their lack of effort?

    Nope, McHale is a HORRIBLE NBA coach, and he is holding this team back.....the players need someone that has attention to detail and holds them accountable not a big brother who is an "Aw shucks" guy.
