Plenty of chances to take all the shots he wants in the 4th. Just not that guy, so not sure why he's pretending.

Trolling his buddy KD with Pat Riley-level mind games. Did you notice last night that Durant made the 'LeBron' play by passing off the game-tying 3 to Serge Ibaka (who missed)?

he would never take 30 shots a game.

He wouldnt be able to cherry pick his shots and stat pad anymore.

yeah. KD has been getting really fiesty. he has a strong instinct on when to ball hog and take over games, especially with westbrook out. lebron is the better overall player, but he's never had that and bailed when he would've had to figure it out. so jokes on him when he throws out comments like this

Still takes plenty of jumpers, and isn't afraid of throwing up some heat checks.

If he wants to take 25 shots per game and have all the responsibility, then why didn't he stay in Cleveland?

He's the one who chose efficiency over points. Which is a fine decision given who he's playing with.

Nope, even funnier. Bitter T-Mac fan. See page 2 of today's NBA Game Action thread for the lulz.

Trust me, he's a Kobe fan. Kobe fanbois are so easy to spot because they are the most insecure people on the planet. They are the most vocal haters of LeBron; even though LeBron's teams have never had a rivalry with Kobe's teams... the fanbois are terrified that LeBron is already, halfway through his career, ahead of Kobe on the all-time ranks. They also are generally the biggest Clipper haters because they hate that the Clippers have stolen the spotlight away from Kobe & the Lakers, however so brief.

I actually suspect that red_alertz, goodbug, GreatOne1978, and Pull_up_3 are all the same demented Kobe fanboi.

Maybe he's converted from TMac fanboi to Kobe fanboi after his first hero fell... now the second one has fallen as well :(

If there was a time to gain control of this game, it was when Davis went to the bench. We tied but we are shooting ourselves in the foot with missed free throws and letting Gordon shoot open threes. James going 1 on 5 isn't helpful either. The team can be so disappointing and dumb sometimes. We need a change. Something to change the mindset of this team.

Did you ever explain why you hate Kobe/Lakers so much? Genuinely curious. Is it just because of the Lakers/Clippers relationship?

I don't hate Kobe or the Lakers. I think Kobe is the most overrated player in history, but that isn't hate. I wish him well and hope he recovers because the league is better with him, although I suspect his career is over.

What I can't stand are the delusional Kobe fans (some of whom are Laker fans). They are like cockroaches and infiltrate the real and virtual basketball worlds with their garbage takes and rampant insecurity. I probably see it more living in SoCal though.

Haha wtf?? He's top 3 in scoring and like not even top 20-30 in shots attempted. Leads all forwards in assists.

If that's considered cherry picking and stat padding i wish more Rockets did that.
