I'm not a huge Crawford fan, but he should be good for the Warriors. They desperately needed a play-maker off the bench and they can do some nice things lineup wise with Crawford at either PG or SG, playing with or without Iguodala.

Douglas actually is a nice fit for the Heat as well.

I can't log onto twitter right now, but if it's just Joel Anthony for Douglas, Miami saves a bunch of money. Douglas is a good fit for their team, too. Won't need to handle the ball. Just spot up and defend, both of which he's very good at.

Hmm, maybe Chalmers' injury is more serious than previously thought?

Also, Bynum to Heat is obvious now that they flipped Anthony

You've obviously never seen Brooks or Crawford play

And man, if Houston only had guards who excelled at penetrating....

This is exactly the type of trade the Rockets needed to beef up their bench, and exactly the kind of trade that would have made CF implode. Looks like the "It's Happening!" posts, Morey pics, and the ROCKETS CHAMPS 2014 posts will have to wait. If only we signed Douglas instead of Brewer or Casspi.

How are the Celtics saving money if they aren't even league minim.....oh yea, I forgot they owe a lot of money to Wallace and Hump this season.

How does this trade work? The Warriors need to trade someone else in order to make the salaries match.

    ...

Klay is a very good defender. He can shoot lights out. And if you actually watched their games this season, he's starting to put the ball on the floor more. He's not a playmaker, but they have Curry for that.

Klay is a very good two-way SG already, he's only going to become better.

I like Toney Douglas. I'm happy for him, he will be a title contender playing for the Miami Heat.

Brooks is NOT a chucker, he played well in Brooklyn as a Rookie and in yr 2. He is a high percentage scorer and he pass well too. He had 2 assist in the game 10 or 12 mins he played against Houston.

Crawford is a chucker but he has been getting better. Think of him as a poor mans Jamal Crawford.

Garcia is not getting it done, we need guard help!!!

Have you actually watched him play? Dude is one of the best knockdown shooters in the league.

ugh, can't believe Miami unloads Joel's stupid contract AND addresses their G weakness AND (likely) will upgrade to Bynum as their C...

So the Heat save money AND get better. The rich get richer.

Douglas should help them in the playoffs where weak benches get exposed.

    Interesting.

MarShon Brooks has potential (I think), but he is more of a Nick Young-est player who has the ability to make really tough shots but also miss a lot of shots.

Jordan Crawford is the target of the trade, but I'm not sure he can maintain the hot streak he had. He is only shooting 36% in January (8 games).

Jordan Crawford could probably be a very good playmaker for Golden State, but he isn't a sharp shooter at all.

They are not only a contender they are the favorite and the team to beat.

Not bad..... and Toney Douglas can instill some scoring to those stars that are coasting.

Come on, it's not like you believed they weren't going to three-peat this season.

Let me rephrase that statement into a question. If you had to put money down on a team to win a championship this season, who?
