Running backs like Peterson and and McCoy had average to below offensive lines throughout their careers but they don't use that as an excuse. Foster is a GREAT RB behind a very good offensive line but Tate was good behind the same line too. But when the run blocking dropped so did Foster. Notice how he started slipping...? I noticed he would slip alot when D-Lineman and LBs had a bead on him, but he doesn't slip around safeties and DBs... Dude was trying to avoid hits, IMO.
This is not Uncle Bob's favorite kind of distraction. Better be settled by training camp. Foster's stock isn't exactly at its highest after back surgery. Very bad timing for all concerned.
It's only news because fans are interested. If we weren't watching _ it wouldn't be news. And Foster is an entertainer and a public figure making his money off fans so he's in the spotlight on and off the field. Can't have one without the other.
