That's probably happened a million times...and this girl has no idea who Rae Carruth is/was, so she had no reason to fear for her life.

why does this surprise anybody? It wouldn't surprise me if the infidelity rate was 100% among pro athletes. Even Battier.

She can't without proof. He's claiming harassment and getting a bunch of texts telling you you should get an abortion is harassment.

Exactly. All you have to do is show some texts, claim harassment and emotional distress...and you've got yourself a restraining order.

This girl saw Arian's resistance and decided that if she cant have him then she may as well set herself and child up for life. She got a restraining order and that sets the wheels in motion for this girl to basically get what she wants from Arian.

 

^this. her attorney filed a TRO (temporary restraining order). these are common in domestic violence situations but can be filed for a variety of reasons it doesn't just have to be physical violence. sending harassing emails texts or trying to intimidate someone to have an abortion definitely qualify.

the two parties will go in front of a judge wed supposedly and her attorney will argue and probably show evidence of why a TRO is needed (to stop the intimidating texts and all contact basically) while Fosters attorney will argue the opposite.

Foster better get a crisis management team together because all his dirty laundry is about to be aired out in public. It seems as though this girl got tired of his **** and decided to go public. The TRO was filed a month ago and only identified him by initials.
