Yeap. Bridgewater looked great against cupcake teams and was average against good defenses like Florida and Houston. BUT THAT'S NOT THE POINT. He still didn't perform better on the college level than Johnny _ PERIOD. But Teddy has more measurables than Johnny. That's what I was explaining to the other guy. Because all you can bring up with Teddy is measurables _ you can point out actual performances for Johnny. You can also point out that Heisman Trophy Johnny has and he had a better year this year than his Heisman year.

You know as much about O'Brien's system as me. Nobody knows what he plans on doing. He hasn't spoken about what he plans to do. Maybe he's a forward thinker and sees the future of NFl QB's or maybe he's just another Belicheck wanna be and chooses Bortles.

I'm pretty sure he's going to run the system that he ran with the patriots and at Penn State.

Can't speak for his intelligence but he certainly is boring , think I was snoozing by the 39 second mark ... Doesn't have the type A personality you want in a pro QB .

Yeah cause personality is exactly what wins you championships, especially for Eli and Peyton Manning.

What we see in the locker room and on the field (in front of the cameras) are two very vast differences.

We all would know about their behavior in the locker room since that's what we see on ESPN and other media outlets, am i rite????

What makes a "type A" personality one to want out of your QB?

Because on the field he acts just like the good ones, yet off the field he acts professional and is still willing to have some fun (ie, dressing up like the woman). So please explain to me what he needs with regards to his personality?

Listening to Sports Radio ( big mistake) for the first time in a while and it's suprisizing how useless these radio hosts are. It's blatant that these guys are hyping up manziel b/c they know a majority of their call base are A & M fans.

Seriously what happened to being objective?

I just cannot see how a self respecting football "analyst" can sit there and say Johnny Manziel is a BETTER prospect than Teddy Bridgewater. It blows my mind.

But what REALLY grinds my gears is when they say BLAKE BORTLES is in the same league as JF and TB.

    CMON SON.

610 Sorts Radio is a joke sometimes.. they are hyping Manziel and also have said various times that Blake Bortles is the best QB.. I think Bortles has a long ways to go to be a better QB.. at the end of the day when all the combine/interviews are done, i feel pretty confident Teddy will be the NO # 1 QB Ranked)... His numbers will be much better than people expect in the combine

You have bad reading comprehension. You also have no idea what you are talking about from a football perspective as well.

How many QBs have you developed....? And throwing the ball in the backyard with your kid doesn't count.

And I don't think they are hyping up Johnny because he went to A&M _ I think they are hyping up Johnny because he was must see TV and hardly ever disappointed. Don't act like Johnny wasn't great on the field these past two years. But Teddy has been playing cupcake teams and didn't dominate but yet you say he's the best pro prospect.

Bob McNair is not going to run his team by what the radio stations and or fans say because if that was the case _ VY or Bush would have been drafted instead of Mario.

This. From all firsthand accounts, his team rallies around him on both the field and in the lockerroom.

Yet because he's very professional and "boring" with the media, he doesn't have the personality to lead a team? Please.

College football and NFL football are different animals and scouts don't just want great college football players. There are other measurables they consider.

It's why a guy like JJ Watt jumped up in the draft as high as he did.
