If Bynum is very likely miss some time due to injury or fatigue, then you can be sure that Camby is a sure shot to miss a chunk of the season due to old age. If that's the concern, I'd rather have Bynum. What I'd really like is for Asik to come back, play well, and get traded for a stretch 4 or something though.
I want Bynum as a backup center but not as a twin tower combo. He's too slow and too fragile. I want him signed at a minimum and with team options.
I know we are a little soft but this guy has team cancer written all over him. Pass pls. Oh by the way shouldnt we figure out what to do with that big cry baby excess luggage from Turkey before adding more baggage?
Hawks & Nets not interested, Clippers "leaning away", Pacers only interested in blocking Bynum to the Heat, who apparently aren't in the mix either: http://sports.yahoo.com/news/nba-power-rankings--nets--knicks-finally-make-move-064108024.html #Bynum2Houston (Please not Dallas.)
LOL... when you are not expected to pursue formerly the 2nd best center in the league due to having GREG ODEN on your roster not wanting to waive Roger Mason Jr. you know that center sure did take a nose dive in value. Either that or Bynum and his agent came in waaayy too hot with their contract/salary demands right off the bat, and this is the leagues way of telling them to get the hell out of here with that offer, and come back when your willing to accept a vet minimum contract.
Please go to the clippers. I want to see team chemistry ruined and two pounds in Matt Barnes and Andrew Bynum go at each other's throat
It really is amazing that teams with clear, borderline desperate, needs for a center are passing on him.
Bynum is just so unpredictable. You don't really know what you'll get from him and that might hurt the team.
