No it wasn't. Face it, sometimes guys don't make shots. It happens, we lost by making boneheaded decisions and poor execution. There is more to a game than just shooting jump shots. Down the stretch, Lin helps 1 pass away giving up a 3. The next play is Lin going 1 on 1 with Korver, getting stuck in the paint...again resulting in a turnover. Then that debacle of a play with Brooks passing to where Harden should have been even though he wasn't there. Why Harden wasn't there is irrelevant, whether he just didn't run there or was waiting for the Howard flare screen, you look before you pass. Both guys made a mistake which should have happened and it is on the coaching staff. Then Lin, makes a clutch play but a boneheaded decision to have his foot on the line. If your job is to stand in the corner, double check that your feet are behind the line before the inbound play. Not sure why Mchale didn't go back to Brewer. Sure he can't shot but right now neither can Garcia. Bad all round, lost faith in the coaching staff.

McHale is so good at x's and o's that even Brooks and Harden couldn't get it when we had the absolute advantage with two fouls to give and enough time left. Yeah just blame it all on Lin and hide McHale.

McHale has been great. Harden has been great. D12 has been great. Patrick Beverley was playing great. Chandler Parsons was playing great. Jeremy Lin Sucks. We needed him to step up and be that 3rd impact player with Chandler hurt and he couldn't do it. We needed him to not put his toe on the line and he couldn't do it.
No, I don't blame him for the loss. I was actually pleased that he took that shot with no hesitation and made it. Just needs better situational awareness that's what I'm saying.
Wow people seriously blaming this loss on Lin? Really?! Offensively he was bad, defensively he was very good. Lin made that clutch shot, although it was a 2... Everyone was playing pretty bad... It was mostly our bench again that killed us.
Face it....Texans sucks because of bad coaching just like the Rockets, so don't blame it on the QB! Go 49ers!
