    Yes, I've read in those comments that people were mentioning kidney failure. But of course, people will always assume drugs and alcohol first.

    Drugs and (chronic) alcohol use can also lead to kidney/liver disease

    Whatever the case, i hope it's nothing serious :(

    I don't post much, but imo, massive amounts of alcohol and copious amounts of cocaine. I give him 1 year before he gets arrested on some charge, false or not, which will be linked - rightfully or not - to his usage. As an athlete he could skate by if pulled over. As he gets older, and people relate less to him, the get out of jail free card will hold less validity. If he is lucky, someone will step in and wake him to this probability.
