This. Also, Rick Smith saying we won't draft a QB just for the sake of drafting a QB is just common sense and is not tipping his hand in any way, shape or form. To try and deduce anything from that quote would be a wate of time. As far as McNair listening to an assistant coach in Crennel over the guy he just gave the keys to the franchise to (who happens to be an offensive/QB guy when we N-E-E-D a QB), well you should probably get your head examined, Rem. This is assuming you actually believe all of these questionable takes you've been sharing. If not then I applaud your expert trolling.
Trolling...??? Didn't know it was trolling because my opinion is different from yours. And I did say they may draft a QB... I'm just not as sure of it as you and others.
I've never heard Kubiak or McNair say that. I've heard McClain say it but not them. But maybe they did and I missed it and that could be the case. But I always heard Charlie say he tried to trade that pick but no one wanted it. But maybe you guys are right. Maybe it's a sure thing the Texans will draft a QB because that's the position they need filled.
Rams are claiming they are 100% behind their QB, in spite of the fact he's grossly overpaid. I'm not buying it.
Any time there isn't a consensus no. 1 pick this type of stroy surfaces about how the team is open to trading down. It rarely happens because teams aren't interested in trading up to the number one pick because there is no consensus no.1.
