Well that turnover was absolutely horrid. But he did make that nice block on Dragic late in the game. Other than that the entire team had no execution down the stretch. But I agree. While he's still a good play maker and defender, I thought he would be at least decent scoring the ball by his third year
That's no way to do a brother from another mother! <iframe width="640" height="360" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/5yc0I3-ZVmI?feature=player_embedded" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Watching live, did anyone else think Gerald Green's game-winner was an airball? I couldn't believe it went in. Just smh at Rubio and K-Mart the last two plays. T-Wolves just can't close this season. The OKC loss was a lot worse, but this one bites because the OKC game was just 4 days ago.
I can see what you mean about Green's shot. I think it's because Green's shot had such a high release point, from that specific angle it looked like it would be way short.
I wasnt talking about this game specifically, rather how his horrendous shooting has hurt his team in close games. Teams know he cant score so... 1) They go under the screen and invite him to shoot. 2) They know he wont shoot so his defender plays him for his drive and assist. It makes him and the Wolves offense very predictable. Even in today's game you saw the Suns defender waiting for the pass to his teammates. They were overplaying the passing lanes. 3) They can cheat off of him and can provide help defense on other Wolves player. IMO, he is a major liability against good defensive teams.
