Yes, I can also this problem with McHale's trust. He trusts Harden so much he could let him play 39-42 mins despite poor shot selection and poor decision making.

Coach Thibs and McHale is somewhat similar in the way they use their players. The only difference is we like to run and push the pace, while Chicago loves to grind wins out. And look where it got Chicago with all their injuries.

This season, we suffered from injuries in one form or another. Harden, Parsons, Bev, Smith, Asik, Lin, Brewer, who else I forgot?

I don't want our players to have serious injuries, the risk is just too high.

Apparently, Gary Neal is available. Maybe we should trade D-Mo and Brewer for Neal. It works out financially

He does have an elite skill in the NBA, it's scoring in the post. If your coach is such a dumbass that he chooses only to play you a few minutes here and there. Then when he does play you those few minutes, he very rarely has any plays set up to get you the ball in the post. When that's what's happening it's hard to show your post up skills.

I think it's a bad mistake to trade Dmo, Mchale won't be back and our new coach will hopefully be smart enough to develop young players.

I think giving away D-Mo for nothing would be a terrible idea but if we could flip him for a piece to the bigger puzzle like Neal or Jeremy Evans from Utah than I am perfectly fine with that.

NONONO do not want, morey could find someone for the vet min instead of having to spend over 6 million in the next 2 years for an end of the rotation heat checker

    Agreed.

DMO is such a fluid post player. His variety of moves are just unpredictable.

The problems I have with him like defensive awareness, boxing out, and rebounding, are also learned in-game the most, as you could only hope to recreate what other players do in practice and training. But Dmo wouldn't learn if he has few playing time.

    You people are ridiculous.

This team is trying to fight for a favorable playoff seed so they can take advantage of the window of opportunity created by the talent of Dwight Howard and James Harden and give themselves as good a shot at the title (whether with the roster as it currently exists or with additional help brought in by February) as they can manage while these two are still young, healthy and under contract.

So, the coach is stupid for not giving minutes to DMo when he has not shown himself ready to play? The coach is supposed to disregard the needs of the team, Howard, Harden and the rest of the guys who are trying to win in order to supposedly "develop" the 20th pick of the 2011 NBA draft?

The coach now doesn't know how to help young players improve when (1) he played one of the youngest and least experienced rotations in the entire NBA last season, and (2) two of the guys who are above DMo in the rotation right now, Jones and Smith, are actually YOUNGER than DMo?

Low post moves are not equal to a Face up game.
Guys like Dirk can go up and shoot over players to get his numbers.
    He can create his shot.

    Donatas has to be fed.

Pekovic and Asik got to the NBA pretty early and they got used to the system.
But neither Pek nor Asik is a complete player.

One is good at Offense the other at defense.
    Both can't shoot 3 pointers.

That's nonsense. Your understanding of creating one's own shot is whack. For what it's worth, DMo has en elite shot creating and playmaking ability for a PF/C.

I'll be damned. He is an elite shot creator at 4.9 ppg in his career, and whopping
    2.7 ppg this season in 8-9 minutes? 35%FG and 12%from 3, 53% Freethrow
    ;)

Harden aint impressed. Come on, he should work on his rebounding and Defense to get minutes.

I don't mind him staying. Get better players to sit next to him.

I was making a remark towards your "Euro bigs are soft and play on the perimeter" stereotype. European centers are much more physical and stronger than their American counterparts. Miroslav Raduljica looks like a wrestler compared to other Bucks bigs.
Peković and Asik came into the league as 24-year olds, so again, you're wrong.

More like 'Euro draftees' have the same low percentage of panning out in the NBA as local players. Sorry if I misled you. I did not use the words: soft

Ok. I hear you. Scouts have been better at bringing over tougher players who are Centers and you are clearly doing your homework watching.

But question to you: Now you have bruiser types of Centers but are those stretch 4s (Dmo primary position 4) as strong as the Center only players?
