Good for D-Mo. He went from playing 15 minutes a night to riding the bench. Didn't pout, played garbage time when he had to. Best of luck to D-Mo. His offense is probably needed elsewhere.
DMo deserves it. Hate to lose him. McHale is just a bad coach for young players that needs time to develop.

Parsons was good in his first year, so he didn't need that time to develop his game. McHale tried Asik for 10 games before he started TJones this year, like he didn't have a choice and how many minutes TJones got before that? McHale wants to play guys who already know how to play, people he "trusts", because he has no set plays to teach young guys to run offense and defense. He would play those guys 40 min every night than let young guys play for 10 min a night. Then those guys injure because they play too long, only till then he plays young guys because he has no choice.
