It's getting to the point where I'm just going to wait for the combine to decide (since my decision is SO important). There are way too many variables right now to get a good feel (level of competition, offensive system, level of teammates, etc.) The draft is a long way away. Probably a good thing.
i was taking a little interest in duke housing the aggies, because aggies are gross, but they panned to jff after yet another duke TD and he was pissed. he said something like, we're gonna get this back, f-them, wtvr. but it was the look in his eye. this was a pretty meaningless game but he had a look in his eyes that he was not gonna be denied, that he'd lay his life on the line to get it done. he's a ferocious competitor, can't teach that.
His competitive spirit is unmatched right now. He did the same even in losses against Alabama and Auburn. Go watch the games, he never gave up.

One played in a home game before Auburn was on everybody's radar the other is in the National Championship game with 1,000,000 times more pressure. Different types of games but yea Johnny did look better. Since you seem to bash Bridgewater in his thread you can say using your analysis that Johnny looked awful against Florida last year and Bridgewater did MUCH better against them. Johnny looked awful.

Although they have the number one pick, they are said to be willing to trade down, to draft Manziel. That might cause a conflict of sorts because SSG agent Jeff Nalley represents current Houston Texans quarterback Case Keenum.
The roster is big enough for two tiny quarterbacks. Put them in at the same time. Case can lift Johnny on his shoulders so he can see over the defense. They'll switch off when their legs tire.
You guys should just go for Johnny. I honestly don't see Bridgewater being that good whereas Johnny could be a star. You saw how good Case looked at times with his ability to extend and make plays. I think Johnny could be a better and more consistent version of that while also having the accuracy to be a pocket passer.

Dude just has that fire in him. The passion to be a winner, and leader of a team to get them to step up their game. If only the Aggies could play any resemblance of a defense. I honestly am fine with who ever they choose to draft, but inside I feel that JFF has the ability to be great in the league. I don't want another QB who doesn't have the ceiling to be great, which is how I see Bridgwater. Like someone else said, could be a bust.....but could be the home run.

I don't want to hear people say he's the same size as Russel Wilson. Size is more than height. Manziel is a shrimp. (I have no problem taking him if the Texans are sold on him)
