Auburn defense is not great at all gave up 28+ last 4 games and also 40 something earlier in the year to A&M. SEC is not the same defensive power house conferene it use to be. Hell, Oklahoma made Alabamas d look non existent. Duke dropped 44 or something ridiculous on A&M.

Winston was 14-20 for 182 yards in the 2nd half...., i agree he played like crap in the first half.... but came up clutch in the final seconds, very Andrew Luck/ Peyton Manning like

Up until the last drive he looked pretty average at best. That last drive made up for the poor play. That's all I'm saying.

I agree he showed up when they needed him but Auburn had the 104th ranked pass defense in college football. Just sayin...

Winston looked average. He mostly hit curls and slants the whole game. I thought teddy showed more diversity in his bowl game with all the different routes he was throwing. Also, I like Kelvin Benjamin at WR. He needs development, but he could be a great WR at the next level.

Ridiculous. In the second largest stage in all of football, you discredit his amazing comeback (with a ton of help from teammates) because of their defense's rank?

Auburn's D was playing lights out all night, and I for one was extremely impressed with Winston's ability to put his horrid play in the first-half behind him and really step up when it mattered.

That's what I don't get about people who criticize Bridgewater/Winston. They both display an incredible amount of potential with an already very defined skill-set, yet it doesn't count because they don't play in the SEC.

I think you should take into account that Auburn faced alot of QBs and offensive players that will be playing in the NFL.

    Teddy is better than Winston.

Winston was average in the second half by the way. His downfield ability was awful, lacked ability to read a blitz, and took advantage of a bad tackling Auburn defense. I don't see "EPIC" qb prospect out of him.

Auburn wins this game if that kid never blows out his hammy.

LOL at people saying Teddy is better than Winston.

Next season teams will be tanking for him. He is a once in a generation prospect, just like Luck. Better than RG3.

LOL? Did you watch the game last night. Did that look like a once in a generation prospect?

    Overrated ACC quarterback.

Yes I did, and I am not basing my opinion on a single game. Same time next year your opinion will have changed believe me.

Winston is far better prospect than Bridgewater, Bridgewater will never be anything more than better version of Schaub.

Watching the way Winston moves, goes through progressions (or the lack thereof), makes on the fly quick decisions (ibid), and conducts himself when plays are in progress, I just don't see him doing that well in the pros. He seems to be the type of big QB that can get away with alot of what he does on the college level, because of his size and "athletic" ability, but it wont transition to the NFL. Just my opinion. We'll see.

Except the fact that Winston looks like he runs about a 4.7 40.....he's a lot more of a pocket passer than Vince was....but there both African American, so I guess you're right.....
