Have the Rockets ever made you cry?

The Rockets have come close many times, but Auburn just took me over the edge. Tears were wept tonight.

 

I didn't cry but I was pretty depressed for a month or so when Yao retired.

Only time I cried because of sports was the 1998 World Cup when Korea lost to the Netherlands 5-0. Damn Bergkamp.

 

I cried when Brandon Roy hit the .7 halfcourt shot to win the game in the playoffs

 

I cry when Lin is on the bench

A couple tears were shed when the Rockets could not beat the Jazz after TMac's "It's on me" statement and then beginning to cry during the post game conference. I was a HUGE TMac fan at the time so that hurt me a lot.

 

Someone just repped me for this comment that I had no idea existed. Thank you for that. However, I was either extremely drunk or someone else used my account to post that.

 

very close. Its worse when the tears are shed inside, can't even shed all that grief

I cried in '94. When Marv Albert said " and the Houston Rockets are the 1993-94 NBA world champions."

 

Then I cried again when Rudy T said "Don't ever underestimate the heart of a champion!"

 

Also when Stern congratulated the Rockets by saying "or shall I say, Clutch City, congratulations."
