Shumpert and Udrih put up shots and one was in and rimmed out

JR Smith pulled something on the level of Jermaine O'Neal goaltending and gave us the win.

This came right after Harden almost cost us the game the same way last game (after keeping us in it on 3rd).

You can't blame the fans for getting frustrated.

 

Didn't watch the game.

But Lin was minus, AB was +3.

Rockets were out scored by nearly 10 third quarter, out scored the Knicks by 10 in the fourth.

Does it matter what Lin did while he was in or what AB did while he was in or whom held whom to what? The Rockets appear to have won the game because of the move??

 

You forgot that Lin is a backup.

He did it recently, in the Grizzlie and Pelican game. In one game I think he didn't even score in the first 3 quarters. He put up 14 in one of the 4Qs and 10 in another and I don't think he turned the ball over in either 4th quarter. Coming out of this only a week or two ago, how in the world does McHale pull this stupid stunt? This isn't good coaching or motivation, it's garbage. For the non LOF calling type of CF members, how does this help the Rockets when one of their key contributors is given this type of treatment after stepping up to McHale's challenges so recently and in crunch time?

That's some genius logic that the majority here didn't realize.

Garcia was +19 with his 3 points in 19 minutes. In other words, if any of Harden (-2), Parsons (-3), Howard (-8) had given him 15 mins, we would have had a blowout win.

you should watch the game. one could easily say if not for lin's 1st half, ny wins in a trashing. what was that quote by daryl murry? about every qtr being as important.

 

Could be wrong but I believe Kobe and Paul would still "earn" starter status. I think alternates are coaches calls so Harden would definitely be in but not sure about Lin. Let the meltdown begin if that happens.

 

Hm, no Dwight interview. Was really hoping to hear his thoughts.

Yeah, i'm trying to figure out how Lin got a -3 and AB a +3 when i know for a fact that AB doesn't play any defense. He also went 1-8. That has to be wrong. Seriously.
