The fact that there was a random character in this show that has the same EXACT name as me still freaks me out. My name isn't that common, either.
Still really excited about this. I actually did end up watching the show (just the first season for now), and I'm glad I backed it. Can't remember if it was posted earlier, but you can watch the first 2 seasons online (free): http://www.thewb.com/shows/veronica-mars
Nope. Never saw the show, but I think it was a minor character that was in a couple episodes. Googled my name once to see what would come up, and that's how I found out about this show.

I backed this one and backed out at the last minute. I did however back Zach Braff's and I'm going to his movie premier and after party in September.... speaking of, I need to find a date.
This show was really good, but the combo of network + female lead immediately turned most people off. The teenage girls were it's only audience, and most of them turned it off when they realized it wasn't One Tree Hill or one of the other garbage shows teenage girls like, ratings struggled throughout. Very tightly written, and funny. And Kristen Bell has a major schwing factor. If people give this a real chance they will love it.
The show was also a bit "intelligent" for what advertisers probably thought their key demographic was. While at face value it looks like a show geared towards teens, especially girls - the writing, dialogue and stories are much more mature.
I loved the show. I am a bit worried that the movie is going to focus too much on relationship stuff and skim over the detective angle, which is what I liked most about the TV show.
Amazon Prime just added it to its streaming collection. Finally gonna give it a shot after hearing many good things about this show.
finished the first two seasons last week. Really liked it. Kristen Bell has had that awesome swag and perkiness, more iconic than Zoey Deschanel's manic pixy girl routine.
I saw the world premier at SXSW last week. I was expecting something pretty average, and even that would've made me happy. Good news... it's amazing, hilarious, emotional, suspenseful, cameos galore, subtle nods to the fans, just an amazing job using the passage of time and not losing what we loved about the show.
