    Bridgewater.

QB is the most important position on the team and he is the best one in the draft. How often are you going to have the #1 pick? (not very often, I hope...) You go all-in and take a QB.

A new coach and a new QB - both with TREMENDOUS upside. This is exactly what this franchise needs right now. We have a chance to get both in 1 offseason.

Like I've said before, no matter how important QB is, you cant reach. That's how teams wind up with players like Ponder or Gabbert, or even a decent player like Bradford. Just because QB is important doesn't mean you have to reach.

I'm not saying Bridgewater is a reach but taking a QB just because he's a QB over someone who is significantly better is a sign of a bad franchise. Play the hand you're dealt, don't try and turn a Toyota into a Lexus, just draft the Ferrari.

Bridgewater or Manziel. Would be ecstatic with either, as I believe in OB's ability to develop a quarterback.

I think we will regret it if we choose Bridgewater. I really hope that I'm wrong (if they go that route) for the sake of the Texans as well as myself. Only two good years of really good then going back to sucking will just kill me.

I really don't think you should reach for a QB especially with the #1 pick. This is reminding me of the Williams/Bush/Young draft. When in doubt go defense, or trade down and take BPA of need.

Luck =2012, TB this year, and Winston will prob go #1 the year he declares. Not saying you're wrong, but I think its more common than you think.

I'd bet if the Texans had it to do over again they would have released Carr and taken Cutler to learn under Kubiak.

Bridgewater is very similar to Luck. Lacks the size, but the intangibles are equally as good.

This guy was given the offensive reigns since his Soph year in college. He is NFL ready, and is not the project that Manziel/Bortles/Hundley are.

I find it even more funny that after Winston's game against Miami, half you internet "experts" were praising the guy to no end.

Well Teddy is only a year older, still developing physically, called his own game(picks the plays at the line) and played twice the game Winston(doesn't call own plays) did. This guy is a stud.

I'm leaning Clowney with a 2nd round QB selection.

Then try to pry away Vick/McGowan or similar type older QB for a year or 2 while the QB develops.

10 years of Watt/Clowney would make a ridiculously strong defense.

It'd be fun, especially with a hybrid defense.

I think we'll pick Teddy or Johnny, but Clowney is such a physical beast. There's no way you can could double both Clowney and JJ on that line. I'd love to see that.

I think we go the clowney route the best player in the draft period it's a lot easier transition and that would prove we are serious about this turnaround

Sorry to bust your bubble, but I haven't said anything about any college QB. None of them excites me except Manziel, and I wouldn't take him with the first pick. I won't go hard on. you for the internet expert comment, cause I understand you were talking in gener

For me it's between Bridgewater and Clowney/Barr/Matthews/etc. I'll go with Bridgewater just because we need an NFL QB so bad.

Honestly, I'll be fine with whatever the coaches choose. I think they are all pretty much equal (QB's) when it comes to ability, although I think Manziel has a higher roof.
