Imagine Harden playing with Carmelo, that would be the best team chemistry ever. lol
I couldn't imagine who would get the ball the 4th quarter, probably foul each other for the ball in the end.

    Daryl Morey ‏@dmorey 2m

New Years wish -- we understand a possession in the 1st half is just as important as the 2nd half

Some of you clowns need to remember this.

Morey is awfully quiet around this time of the year.... no comment on everything

The Royce White dilemma and Asik this year has cost us more than one can imagine

Man up and talk to the media, comment on this!!!

A coach that can get in Hardens ass when he Hero balls and one that can get his players to give Dwight the damn ball when he has good position. Basically any idiot who has ever watched basketball and is not named Mchale. My great great grandma could coach better than Mchale and she's been dead awhile.

I think his head got big when he made a series of tough contested and to be honest lucky ISO jump shots in a row against the Spurs in the 4th.

Not enough shots available in general when Harden wants to chuck.

    Harden 26 attempts.
    Howard 9 attempts.

No other player had more than 11 attempts.

    That screams "selfish" to me.

No reason for James to have that many attempts when we have the best center in the NBA and other capable scorers like Parsons and Lin.

We can blame Harden, but really this loss is on McHale.

What a hard fought & heartbreaking loss. Nice defensive effort by multiple guys, and Harden (the scorer) went to work there for awhile. The starters looked more energy and mobile tonight after a full night’s rest. I really thought they had this one.

Houston bench got outscored 30 to 14. Too many missed free throws. 3 pointers are still off. Cousins played well (again) against Howard. The Kings had that good play off the inbounds for Thomas to get the ball to Cousins. On the other end, Harden turned it over twice, and then chucked up more contested shots. Those few minutes just looked like Malone outcoached McHale. Nothing new I guess.

    Happy New Year everyone.

I don't know. I saw him jumping up and down deep in the post when Harden had the ball but for some reason Harden didnt' see him. I think had Harden not been in the game more of the 4th, Howard would have got the ball.

quite the opposite. the one always like to play ISO hero ball and keep jacking up shots should send to the bench and cool his head. even Dwright cant get touch alongside him, so you try to fix the problem by sending Dwright to bench?

Cousins might be a nutcase, but he has so much potential it is scary. No wonder Morey was so interested in the guy

Look no further than Jeremy Lin. He is a playmaker. Look at the games he is allowed to play the pg directing the attack, especially last years. We played excellent team ball and blew out even top teams. This year, Lin is limited to just let Harden do his iso ball or Howard's post up plays. Only half court inefficient game now and the coach hasn't done a thing to change that.

He had as much effect as Harden did. The game didn't have to come to Thomas winning the game or Harden losing the game.

Indeed which is why hardens defense in the first half was a major part of the loss
