lol....it wont happen...But i can see the browns taking him though...

If we go QB...we are taking Bridgewater(ill be ok with it)...i still want clowney even though he is a knucklehead, would be meh with Barr, would be utterly confused if we took Matthews with the first pick, and would just smh if anything else happens...

And what makes you think Smith offered the extension to Schaub...??? Kubiack hired Smith so Smith was working for him. From rumors I heard Smith had Payton Manning ready to come in for a visit and wanted to try and get him but Kubiak is the one who wanted to stick with Schaub...

And didn't Bob say Wade can draft defense with the first pick every year (or something like that) when he got here...?

And no way Smith drafted a kicker (who happened to played at A&M) with a 5th round pick. And he wasn't even the best kicker in that draft (who were drafted later or picked up as free agents)...

I honestly don't think Smith has ever had control that a GM is suppose to have and that's why he still has his job. Because on Sundays when he's sitting next to Bob watching the game, Smith is telling Bob _ "I didn't want to draft that guy or pay that guy..."

And Bob has a lil Jerry Jones in him. He wanted Carr to be the QB so he hired a coach who told him he can make Carr a good QB instead of hiring a coach who would have told him he's wasting money by keeping Carr. And some say Ed was a Bob move. And than when he dumped Kubiak he announced Case will be the starter instead of letting the acting coach make the decision...

He's playing Duke for God sakes! This game shouldn't really change his stock.

I don't care who they pick #1 as long as the front office and O'Brien are all in agreement that the player is a franchise player.

You don't judge a player by one game but his career has been amazing and he is a winner. Not his fault his defenses have sucked. As far as how he will be in the NFL I have no idea. You will never question his effort though.

I'm not discrediting his college career by any means, I'm just saying scouts are going to be looking at the tape Vs Alabama and other SEC competition (which is pretty damn good) before they look at this games tape... so that tweet is just silly.

Agreed. Tough decision coming up for O'Brien and the Texans. Sure makes a ****ty season turn into an exciting off season.

Dude there's a sucker born every day. Just ask the guy who passed up on Peppers and drafted Carr because Carr looked good on tape playing against weak competition. Bridgewater has been playing against guys who will be working in the post office or teaching gym classes all year... Heck, if level of competition is meaningless to you _ go watch tape on Jimmy Garoppolo because there was no one better throwing the ball than him...

Bridgewater is no where close being at the draft grade of Luck and RG3, but a team like Jacksonville will possibly give up next year's 1st round pick (which will probably end up in the top 5) and this year's 2nd round pick and the year after next first or 2nd round pick. And if they have a solid offensive lineman on a cheap contract may can even get him. Plus Bridgewater is from Florida.

If Bill wants Bridgewater I would be all on board but in my opinion the Texans should trade down and draft Johnny or just draft him with the 1st pick. Have you seen video of Johnny...??? If you haven't _ go watch the Alabama games were he went against NFL talent against the best coach and dominated ---> TWICE... What video of Bridgewater do you want people to watch that's better than that... The university Of Houston...???

If I were Manziel, I hope they do look at my Alabama tape. 28-39 for 464 yards and 5 TDs. Not a bad resume enhancer.

Probably nothing. He is advocating that using the #1 on Manziel is better than using it on Bridgewater. Any fan that watches CF will tell you that TB is the better prospect hands down. He is by far the most intelligent and pro ready QB from the bunch.

Manziel will turn out to be another vince young.
