Jeez, no one would have bet on the Blazers to win both games against the Heat and OKC.

Now LeBron is questionable for tonight, and Westy is out for the OKC game. POR might have it easy.

Love when the NBA has the home and away back to back (Toronto vs. NY)

Irving has a lot of talent but he doesn't make his teammates better.

Brad Stevens is doing a decent job as a rookie NBA head coach, considering the hand he is dealt. COY?

Got to give it to Terry Stotts in my opinion.

Cavs with the mad rush the last 3-4 minutes gave the Celts a scare.

Brandon Bass with the game-winning block.

I can't say much for Brad Stevens yet because the Celts aren't on my radar to watch regularly, but Stotts' offensive sets and creativity to manufacture good shots are very impressive. Reminds me of Pop and the Spurs.

The Blazers are tied for the NBA best record at 24-5 and their talent isn't equal to OKC, Spurs, Paces and Heat. He should win in a landslide.

Talk to me when the Celts get to .500 playing in the East. It could happen.

    ^^ Good points.

Can Brad Stevens get the RCOY (RookieCOY) if there's such a thing ;)?

Steve Clifford is my early head COY but there are alot of good new coaches this season.

    Stotts, Clifford, Hornacek

And how about Neil Olshey? Executive of the year! Quietly one of the better GMs out there.

Hornacek would be my 2nd choice right now. If by some unlikely miracle the Suns stay on pace and end up winning 49-50 games, he probably should be COY.

I sense imminent implosion in the locker room after the Nets get spanked by the Pacers.
