Brook was doing okay and he was part of the comeback by cutting down the grizz lead down to 6, to say that we won due to his injury doesn't make sense. This was a team victory.

Im pretty sure if AB didnt get injured he would've played 4th. Lin was horrible in the first 3 quarters (except d, he was guarding Conley very well).

No one can be consistent every game. What about his defense on Conley? Even without his offense, he pretty much neutralized Conley.

The PPS efficiency is OFF the Freaking charts. But thats not a real indicator of Offensive potency.

FT should be adjusted for FG% which is more realistic and related to possesion efficiency.

SO Harden took 25 FT made 23 right? freaking amazing. That's like having made 12-13 2 point FGs. he Harden went to the stripe 13 times?

You add the 2-9 FG% during the game and you get about 14-22 FG made which is excellent.

Brooks was like, "I'm gonna fake this injury so my man J-me Lin can come in and dominate."

All the PGs from Toney Douglas to Pbev have been LoFs.

Harden and D-Mo played lockdown defense in the 4th. Just goes to show almost any player can become a good defender when they try really hard at it.

what I saw was very very very good "show" by the bigs on the PNR defense allowing the guards to recover and the bigs to sag back.

very good team defense especially in the 4th.

Unless, you play consistent minutes it's very hard to be consistent....this game is just a proof of that. If Bev/Brooks were good to go Lin would have been on the bench and no dramatic 4th for him.....it's easier for Howard, Parsons, and Harden to look consistent because they have consistent minutes. Harden and Lin started crappy but glad they both pulled through and helped sealed the win.

Sad game for Dwight, first time all December that he had such a bad stat line.

Really good comeback, hopefully Dmo proved he is good enough for at least 5 minutes a game with Asik hurt.

The 2nd and 3rd quarter was a major problem and highlights the flaws that plague us.

I think the starters didn’t have any legs under them…probably a good sign of this was all the missed 3s. The only one that looked energetic was TJones, who had another decent game. Multiple players made silly mistakes and Howard & TJones couldn’t grab their share of rebounds…one night where Asik’s rebounding was very missed. Luckily the Griz isn’t much of an offensive team, and never really pulled far enough away. I think by the start of the 4th it was still a 10pt game. There was solid effort and big plays from multiple players in the 4th, including Harden, Lin, Parsons, and DMO to get this team back into it.

These games against Memphis are just so f**kin physical & ugly. Each time they played, one core Houston starter was out, the first time it was Harden, this time it was Bev. In the first game, McHale kept TJones, Howard, and Lin out down the stretch, this game he kept TJones & Howard out, but kept DMo & Lin in. The players look absolutely exhausted, but I want to again credit McHale for making the right adjustments, and to trust his tired lineup, including Lin down the stretch to pull out this win!

Two nice wins back to back. Congrats to Harden on putting up 27 pts on 2 FGM, one in the 1st qtr, and one in the 4th!
