Thoughts on games tonight: 1. While things were perfect last night with the Rockets, I like Memphis to cover the spread; The Rockets trend so far on back to backs have been(W then L, or L and then W). While I think the Rockets win tonight, I think Memphis keeps things close, with the Rockets winning with clutch baskets down the stretch. And for some reason the under is getting my attention. 2. San Antonio is just playing bad bball; thought the Spurs didnt utilize Kawhi a lot last night for some odd reason. He was doing well on the offensive side. The Spurs have a midseason slump usually, and seems like they may still be in one. All that being said, Dallas plays well at home, and you know Pop ripped on the spurs last night. Expect a close game, but I still think Dallas wins, and the under is the play. This game is too close for me, hence why i may tease Dallas. 3. LAC played a terrific game and covered last night. I think they are gassed and will have trouble at Portland against a tough crowd and terrific home team. Portland recently lost, and with rest should win this game by ten. The over might be the play.
