yeah, I don't know, I think nine Supreme Court justices duking it out, and coming up with a smattering of arguments, most based on the principle of equal rights is a more compelling read than what you're offering, which is the definition of the irrational animus the Supreme Court knew had to be avoided. How about you read that ruling or a Wikipedia summary, work out how the Constitution works, and then come back with more sensible arguments. Thanks.

The "Being Gay is a choice" people usually point to evidence that men and women who are incarcerated in prison for long term, will sometimes (not always) engage in gay or lesbian relationships. However, this is an extreme example as society is not a prison.
