    Not expecting to see Canaan tonight now. Hopefully Lin is healed up, he was great to start the season but looked out of sorts in the 2 games back after the knee injury. If he's healthy I'm hoping it won't take too long to shake off the rust and get back to that beginning of the season form.

    My question for tonight then, is Lin starting at the 1 or the 2? Ie, who is the other guy that is starting? Is it Lin for Bev and Garcia for Harden, or is it Lin for Harden and Brooks for Bev?

    HOPEFULLY it'll be Garcia starting in place for size. Lin can hold Calderon but Ellis would go off. Garcia might do a better job on Ellis.

    Seeing as how we are down to two true playmakers (Parsons + Lin), I would imagine Lin starts at the 1 next to Garcia. Allowing AB to come off the bench will give the 2nd unit at least a semi-playmaker.

    The other factor is that since D12 has been on fire, having Lin as the primary ball handler will help since he is the best passer on the squad.

    Canaan, of course, will be insurance and play garbage time.

    Speaking of garbage time, do you guys think DMo gets quality playing time since Smith is hurt and there has been adequate prep time? With the way D12 is playing, I would expect Brandan Wright to get into foul trouble and give more playing time to poor 1-on-1 guys in Dally and Blair.

    Jeremy Lin is back??? Its kind of ironic how right after Beverly goes down Lin is back. With Harden and Beverely out I'm expecting some Linsanity tonight finally.

    I'm hoping to see a little of Canaan, I know Mchale does not play rookies, especially with limited practice time. My ideal rotation for tonight...

    Brooks-Canaan
    Lin-Garcia
    Parson-Garcia
    Jones-Casspi
    Dwight-Dmo

    Most likely(based on past games) Mchale will run 8 man rotation instead of 9 with Casspi checking in early and jones getting backup C minutes. No dmo tonight.

    Btw...this is my first post, but I check the website hourly.
