Don't know about that... he could go for 40 one game

 

There was a long stretch of games we absolutely force fed him the ball. It's NO ONE else's fault that Dwight was consistently losing the ball when he put it on the floor. He wasnt being nearly as decisive and quick with his moves earlier in the season.

 

No, Dwight has just sucked in the post for most of the year, he's really turned it around recently though.

 

That was a fun game to watch. We had so many cuts to the basket, it looked like a butcher shop. I can handle point Parsons, but point Garcia turned on my pacemaker. Great win, but our rotation's getting shorter & shorter. Monster Howard!

 

And A Asik trade to improve the team since he wants to be traded.

 

33 ast.. without harden..go figure.. :/

 

DH12 is getting comfortable playing in the post again. Dream's work has help DH12 and he will continue to get better which is great news.

 

33 assist too nice great ball movement & Howard showed tonight that he's worth the contract keep it up big fella !!

 

Dwight was trying to get a feel for the game. just because he gets a couple TOs doesn't mean it isn't working.. When the guards get a couple TO on their possessions do they automatically say it isnt working? you make it seem like the domination in post against bigger opponents is a fluke. I guarantee if they went to Dwight this many times in previous games, even when he got a couple TOs, Rockets would have a better record.

Dwight has looked dominant in the post in many games before this month's domination and the guards continued to go away from him.

 

How so?

How does his failed post ups have anything to do with Harden?

 

What a really nice win. Gutsy perfomance from a very shorthanded team.

Maybe Harden limits everyone. Beverley played great in the first quarter. He really looked good. Within himself for the most part, made some shots, moved the ball and still played good D. When Harden is it sometimes he becomes too much the focal point. That said, Harden is the best player in my opinion on the team and we need him.

 

Harden is the anti-christ

 

Well every number disagrees with you, he has struggled mightily in the post until the last few weeks.

 

Just be glad this team has 3 talented player (Howard, Harden, Lin) that can essentially carry the team to wins without the other two. This was a chance for Howard to prove that he can carry the team and he did in great fashion tonight. You are still talking about a sub 500 team, but a win is a win nevertheless.

 

Also he's developed a hook shot with both left and right hand from a little further out. So he's more effective a further out and in. But yeah, he's more decisive and quick for sure.

 

...and specifically for the way he scored.

The big swoop shot is the exact shot when they first started gushing over him. They mentioned Connie Hawkins and Dr J...specifically because of the way he scored.
