Do everybody get along with all their co-workers, I highly doubt it. Rondo will bring that toughness that this team is lacking. He will be that floor general that this team is lacking. Rondo is a pass 1st PG who will make things a lot easier for Howard, Harden, and Parson.

Another thing you don't know what type of person this dude is. People kill me when they allow the media to sway their personal judgement on a player they never met before in their life.

Rondo would be a great addition to this team. But I don't see Morey going after him.

Thanks Rockets for making my Christmas vacation in Indy extra special.

    (dang wife's family....)

Seriously, I hope what's troubling us is nothing more than youth & ill health.

    Response

Harden needs to put the team first and try to become a franchise player and lead the team through his actions.

    Morey's to do list

Get a competent PG; basically Beverely with better playmaking. A prime Kirk Hinrich pretty much.

4-spot with Jones is fine honestly

Depth on the bench-- YES! But if Asik and Lin were healthy & happy, that's the answer. Past them, no more Garcia AND Casspi. Add a solid swingman that has some size 6'7 + and can play physical, hit the 3, and be athletic. Someone basic like Dorrell Wright, etc. And then Casspi or Garcia play spot minutes

    Howard-24/Omer-24
    Jones-28/Casspi-10/Howard-10
    Parsons-34/ Athletic swing- 14
    Harden-38/Athletic Swing-6/Lin-4
    A better Bev-24/Lin-24

One of the more embarrassing losses I can remember. Just makes me sick how lackadaisical some guys play defense. You have Howard finally pissed off and yelling at guys for the ball because the level of ineptitude in the passing game is disturbing. Garcia and Casspi going cold at the same time hurts. Team seems to be in disarray, Hardens nonexistent defense is causing tension between players I believe, he and Jones exchanged words last night over what I felt was piss poor switching on Harden, and he just lashes out at TJ.

    Such a disheartening loss.

I disagree, championship team relies on TRUST. Doesn't matter if they are stars or not, you MUST TRUST your teammates. That's how you develop chemistry. So far I've seen a lot of distrust on this team, you have Howard yelling at Parson for stealing his rebound, you have Parson and Harden yelling at Casspi, you have Cassipi blow by Lin and initiated his own offense and resulted in ugly turn overs. There was a point where it felt like everyone was playing for their stats.

Our system emphasizes a lot of 3s. This is why our development players shoot a lot of 3s with the vipers.

Rondo is a ball dominant pg who runs set plays. This is why doc loves him as he acts like an in game coach. Harden is also a ball dominant player who loves yo iso from time to time. Dont you see a potential clash there?

The boston celtics of the big 3 era of pp, kg, and ra are serious competitors. Even perkins when he was traded to oklahoma acknowledge this and wanted to bring that intensity to okc.

We are just not on the same mindset yet.

If you guys really want rondo, we could go after him during off season so that the guys could spend a full training camp to learn each others tendencies, strengths and flaws. Dw
