It's highly likely Asik will be traded. Lin is a possible trade target, though less likely as Morey would probably want a decent play making PG in the package in return.

I suspect Lin won't be included as part of a trade package unless there's a significant trade package. And I doubt that will be on the first pass when Asik is traded. If anything it's more likely to either come very close to the February trade deadline or during the off season when the FA market becomes more clear. IE, well after Asik has been moved unless Morey pulls off a stealth block buster.

Even then he may not be traded simply because while the PG position is deep, it's not like there are THAT many decent PG's just floating around right now.

Toronto is shopping Lowry, but the Suns aren't really looking to unload Dragic, and with Chicago, the Lakers and Knicks all dying at the PG position there's actually a shortage of *available* decent starting PG's to pick up on trade at the moment.

smh. First Harden passes the ball and gets to the foul line. Harden often has a lot of assists. Harden more tries to do too much, that's where his fault is and he needs to always give a defensive effort. Melo looks to score, that's what he loves to do and he's Mr. Post up player. Passing is not on his mind most of the time. Harden is an extraordinary talent. He's 24, he needs to mature. Anyone talking of trading him is not getting enough oxygen to their brains.

All those "Moneyball" algorithms can't measure heart and the will to win.

"Never underestimate the heart of a Champion."

And never overestimate the heart of a would-be, could-be--but never will put forth the effort to be--Superstar.

I see them going along with Dmo in separate deals. It'll be hard for a team to take back something close to 17 million in return in a Aik and Lin deal combined.

Lot of teams will likely be interested in Asik and Lin in separate deals.

T-Mac was much more inefficient, but he was a good play maker. In the end he was a loser though.

I hope you are right but I am afraid this is all there might ever be for Harden.

Again, I hope I am wrong and you are right.

Truth, but the maturity should come from the Coach, but he coaches like a youngster too. Morey does a great job of assembling talent but, I guess he thinks that only talent is needed to win championships. I mean what idiot would think you should also have a skilled and crafty coach like Popovich, Jackson, Carlisle or Rivers to orchestrate the movements of this talent? I guess all you need is talent

Would Brandon and Courtney have helped us won this game?

I agree with you... USA has all the talent, but they had to go get coach K to mold it together.... The same as when they first put the dream team together... They went and got Daly to coach the team.. A no nonsense coach who demanded respect from all his SUPER STAR players..

TJones has got to be better than he's been the past few games!

I really don't understand why we'd say no to a deal for Brandon Bass, Thad Young, or Spencer Hawes when you look at how inconsistent we are at the 4.

No put a elite PG like Rondo next to james and he will play like he did with a ball dominante westbrook. They finished the games together.Off the ball and as an elite catch and shooter.

    REPPED!!!!!!

Everything starts with Hardin... The game he came out passing and not looking for his shot was amazing... He got the entire team involved and they followed his lead.

When he comes out playing selfish, they follow his lead....

The mentality of this team has to change and it starts from the top with McHale... This has nothing to do with who plays pg..
