Thats because Harden has turned into a mental midget. Thats the thing that scares me the most...that he's doesn't have the mental tenacity to be "that" guy for us.

Most of the losses so far have been to sub 0.500 teams. Can't even beat the bad ones consistently either.

 

George is an excellent shooter and defender but I think he benefits from being in a good system. Put him on the rockets squad from last year with no offensive system and j don't think he puts up the numbers harden does. He always wins the match up with harden though due to his length. I would not trade though...mentally I would take George but from a talent stand point and ability to create your own shots on an iso I still would prefer having harden, of course with that being said harden needs to get his head out his ass

 

People who actually know basketball should already know this. People say harden needs the ball in his hands have to understand he is not a young Kobe or mj. He'll in okc he played w Westbrook & Durant and that still didn't get them a ring.

 

Indiana is such a great defensive team, even our free throws are not falling .

 

What I'm saying is Miami will present similar problems as the Pacers are giving us now.

What does it really accomplish to "shut down" Mario Chalmers? And nobody can really shut down Tony Parker. And it's debatable in terms of shutting down Russell Westbrook since we really haven't seen enough games to make a real determination of Patrick Beverley's ability to shut him down (outside of taking out his knees).

In those scenario's where Harden is taken out of play or neutralized, then you need another play maker to help Parsons whether that's Lin or another creating PG that you acquire in a trade.

People bite me when I say melo is better than harden on end if quarter plays. I don't see many from harden. Maybe once or twice

 

Are you seeing the double team? When he gets the ball he has to do all the work. He never get good passes inside the paint.
With a good PG we will be taking advantage of our best player.

 

Man I love Harden but when he's bad, he's very bad. Just makes me appreciate the 3 years T-Mac gave us of night in & night out stellar play at the 2 position.

For the rockets - harden and parsons nite clubbing and posing with hot chicks in ads or clubs is our "letterman jackets" Tate jealous of foster is like asik envy of Howard.

It's all down hill from here and we'll be left with Howard ( JJ watt) and a bunch of overrated players

 

Ma, I don't care about those stats. I'm saying to compare the offensive flow of the Pacer's to the Rockets offense which consists of merely 3 options:

-Harden iso
-Howard post
-Pick and roll.

when was the last time you saw the rockets call and maneuver a proper play?

 

did Howard just stare down Harden

 

we're down by 24, I don't know why Harden is saving the possession end of qtr.

Try to score quickly and then defend.
