Yeah.... Jordan sucked. The league these days is so much harder to play in. Lebron is da king. MJ would be an average starter in this league...

What do the rule changes have to do with a players ability and athleticism? Does Westbrook have as much ability and athleticism as the players who lived in the lane in the 80s and 90s? Or Harden? The answer is yes. They would have no issue then, just like those guards that I mentioned.

I'm not disputing Harden and Westbrook's athleticism, just emphasising to you that you should not discredit the teams during Jordan's era since the teams back then were put together and designed to take advantage of the
games rules back then and the same for the teams in the modern era with different rules which and more permiter driven.

It is very hard to determine how each individual's would have performed in different era's, and in the end you can only really look at there achievements and how dominant they were during there time

Lebron is a physical specimen who could last in the 90's and likely in the 80's as well.

No. But they would have to beat atleast 2 of those teams to get to the finals. No series would be a cakewalk in the west, unlike the Eastern's joke of a conference for the last 10 years. Miami has the most stacked team in the weakest conference. Lebron has a lot working in his favor.

So if you throw KD on the Heat they dont win 2 rings? Um, nice one:rolleyes: Why do LBJ fans try so hard to make him greater than what he is? MIAMI IS A GREAT TEAM without Lebron.

    Dwayne Wade
    Ray Allen
    Shane Battier
    Chris Bosh
    Birdman

Bench: Michael Beasley, Udonis Haslem, Rashard Lewis, Mario Chalmers, Norris Cole

This team can beat anybody in the east outside of Miami. Your an idiot to think otherwise

Yep. People forget that Lebron is the same size as Magic and Karl Malone, and he's still able play like MJ, and shoot(recently) like Bird.

During that 3-peat run, the Bulls were 8-1 in NBA Finals games in Chicago. The road team rarely wins game 7 on the road, and its even more evident in Finals match ups.

I just don't see it happening. Not with Jordan on his way out. Pippen, and Jackson on the team as well. Sure the Jazz were good, and sure they have a chance, but realistically the odds of them winning that game are very low.

Of course they did. I am just saying its helping Lebron out a lot more. Look at Wade's FG% too, 54%.

Lebron is the kind of guy that would be the best player in the league no matter where he goes...he is just that good, all I'm saying is that the 60% from the field is a bit inflated because of that.

Are you trying to say that putting a player in a position for good performance is a bad thing? Or are you trying to derive an absolute statement from what I said and offering counter examples? (It wasn't an absolute statement). Either way, ease up on the sarcasm if you want to deliver a point across with clarity, because I'm so used to interpreting every one of your posts as a troll remark.

If the Heat were so stacked why did LBJ need to average 26 pts, 8.6 rebs and 6.6 assists? Stacked is when Kobe won a ring shooting 40% FG, not when you need to average an NBA 2K statline in real life

You keep listing the Miami Heat roster like everyone should be shaking in their boots but both Wade and Bosh only shot 45% from the field in the playoffs, and they combined for a total of 10 pts in the game 7 against the Spurs. If they had Durant instead of LBJ the Heat wouldn't win a ring because KD can't average 25 pts, 8 rebs and 6 assists while still guarding the opponent's best player. Nobody else in the current NBA can do that except LBJ, and honestly your crap about LBJ being just another player is getting old real fast.

It's just hating. I don't even have to look it up to know that GoRox2013 is an insecure Kobe stan.

Watch how the Pacers are playing defense tonight

Anytime the ball gets past the 3 point line - there are 4 men collapsing in the key

That would have been illegal defense for most of the 80s or 90s.

This doesn't take away from his skills but can we stop with the Lebron is the same size as Karl Malone nonsense? Lebron probably weighs 250 max and that's giving him a few pounds.

Yeah, but you forget that MJ could literally fly so he would have just hovered over the 4 defenders and dunked on them in one highlight poster play.

How so? How is LeBron helped more by Wade than Magic was by Kareem or Bird by McHale, etc?

Look at the fg %'s of some of the other stars those older players played with. Worthy, for example, is a career 52% shooter. He got as high as 58% one season.

But the other greats numbers aren't??
