I've seen this kid play, its cringeworthy to see him play. Someone please help him with his form and mechanics.
Per bigtexxx's advice, I no longer take up challenges from short Asians. I gain nothing from crushing this kid.
It's Official: Paul Phan is the heir to Ronny's throne. Of swagg. TdashDUB' s always been lameish. Rodman23 relies on cropping and reps, not exciting. DD's one dimensional and complacent. Watching Paul... it just feels right. Like the very first time. The way he types, his hunger to make the big post, the versatility, the haircut; he's got the Clutch thing down. I think it's time to make it official - we're looking at the next big thing.
According to his video, We're not looking at anything that could be considered big by any definition.
I'm UFC Champion, NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, Premiere League, 28x BJJ champion, deep sea underwater diver that can hold my breath and save mermaids from Cthulhu but I just lost my arms and legs in a horrible homemade peanut butter making accident. Needless to say despite my superior genetics in sports and other athletic academia does not make up for my poor lack of design to build the world's greatest peanut butter making machine. My one and only weakness.
Man, There is this dude at UH thats always playing ping pong and nobody can beat him... I think he looks exactly like Paulftsk Was the basketball intramural 3 on 3?
You're probably the biggest liar on CF. My friend was on the team that won men's intramural football at UoH this past season...there wasn't a single little vietnamese guy on the team, they're all black. Try another lie to make your "fans (err alt accounts)" happy on this board...thanks for playing.
What do you consider "athlete"? In my Marine Infantry years(only 2 years removed) I could probably out run you especially when it came to endurance. 3 miles in 18 minutes(nothing special but better than 99% of adult males), could walk/jog forever with 60+ pounds of gear on...
Holy crap...so you ran 6 minute miles for 3 miles? That's definitely doable, but hard as hell for a normal civilian. How long did it take you to get to that pace..and how old were you? Just curious, I started recently seriously running and was wondering how long it takes to get to that speed.
I was 22 when I was able to do that. Before I joined the best I could do was roughly a 21:30. Graduating boot camp didn't increase my time much. Since it is a school catered towards all occupations in the Marine Corps, it doesn't push you to your physical limits. Even Marine Infantry school wasn't extremely difficult. It got serious once I joined my permanent unit in the fleet. As one of the new guys or "boot" we severely lagged behind our seniors who have done at least a deployment. We HAD to catch up to them eventually or be dropped from an infantry billet and into an admin billet(paper pusher). That was our motivation. Our seniors would take us on squad runs every other day. These weren't your typical runs mind you. We mixed it up with full gear on, indian sprints, mud runs etc. A lot of it was self induced torture. That was just squad level physical training. On top of that was our battalion level field ops that sent us to places like the mojave desert where we were pushed even more to our physical limit. But it was necessary since walking/running around in Afghanistan in the middle of summer where it can hit 120 F with 60+ Ibs of gear on and still having the physical and mental stamina to fire and maneuver in case you receive contact is not easy. It took me roughly about 1 solid year after I joined the fleet to get that 18 minute 3 mile. It was right before deploying to Afghanistan.
